The deep mining of coal resources in China is faced with the problem of lithology deterioration,coupled with the complex hydrogeological conditions of coal mines,resulting in frequent mine water inrush activities.During the period of water inrush disaster,affected by the diversity of influencing factors and formation mechanism of water disaster and the limitation of early warning technology and communication equipment,the well commanders are unable to formulate scientific emergency rescue measures in time,and the underground workers are unable to choose the optimal path to avoid disaster,resulting in a large number of casualties.Based on this,this study carried out the rapid construction of mine roadway model and optimization simulation of water inrush optimal escape path,aiming to simulate the dynamic spreading process of water inrush disaster based on the constructed refined geometric model of mine roadway system,quickly calculate multiple optimal escape paths,and guide the underground workers to escape from disaster.The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the spatial pose relationship and geometric form of the mine roadway system,this paper puts forward a method to quickly build the geometric model of the mine roadway system,and establishes the core algorithm for generating the three-dimensional model of different types of roadway,which solves the problem of poor connectivity of the cross roadway.(2)This paper establishes an interactive mine water inrush spreading simulation model based on spatiotemporal dynamics,realizes the dynamic demonstration of mine water inrush process,supports the intuitive view of the water flow spreading state at a certain time,and provides the basis for the formulation of reasonable emergency rescue scheme.(3)Considering the influence of roadway length,slope and other key factors,this paper develops an algorithm to realize the fast planning of the first n optimal disaster avoidance paths from the disaster victims to all emergency evacuation exits,which solves the problem of multiple people escaping in the same path and provides support for the formulation of emergency rescue plan.Taking blender 3D modeling software,python language and Postgre SQL database as the development environment,using 3D visualization technology,database technology and artificial intelligence technology,a simulation platform for mine 3D roadway model and water inrush path optimization is developed.The platform integrates the rapid generation of geometric model of mine roadway system,the dynamic simulation of water inrush disaster,the search of the optimal disaster avoidance path,and the personnel escape drill,which provides a strong scientific basis for the dispatching decision of commanders.This paper has 44 figures,20 tables and 124 references.
