Shape memory polymer(SMP)is a special functional material that can transform between different shapes under the stimulation of external physical changes,such as heat,light,magnetic field,humidity,etc.Its perceptual adaptability to the outside world makes it have a very broad application prospect in many fields such as biological medical treatment,electronic information,space exploration,advanced manufacturing and so on.Traditional SMP is triggered by thermal response,which is not conducive to its application in increasingly complex life and production.Moreover,the main materials come from the petroleum industry,so it is difficult to adapt to the concept of green and sustainable development.In this paper,two kinds of shape memory polymer composites with multi-response properties were designed and prepared by taking advantage of the regenerative,degradable and biocompatible advantages of polylactic acid and polycaprolactone.The main work is as follows:(1)Preparation and properties of silver nanowires/polylactic acid/polycaprolactone(AgNWs /PLA/PCL)shape memory composite films.AgNWs/PLA/PCL shape memory composite films were prepared by solution blending coating method.Studied the microstructure of the composite film,electrical properties,thermal properties and mechanical properties,the shape memory composite membrane was shape memory test,the results show that the composite membrane has good thermal and electrical response performance of shape memory,can be low voltage fast drive shape memory effect,under the condition of 6 v voltage,composite film can be achieved within 10 s in the shape of a rapidly changing.The degradability of the composite film was tested by sodium hydroxide solution,and it was found that the composite film had the ability of rapid degradation.(2)Preparation and properties of silver nanowires steric-polylactic acid poly caprolactone shape memory composite films.AgNWs/PLA/PCL composite film was modified by introducing PDLA,and a kind of AgNWs/SC-PLA/PCL composite film with high shape fixation rate and recovery rate was prepared.Using XRD and DSC studied the crystallization of composite membrane,further study on the formation of SC-PLA crystal and its effect on the properties of shape memory,the result shows that by generating SCPLA constitutive polylactic acid crystals,can improve the shape of the composite membrane fixed rate of memory,strengthen the mechanical strength and thermal stability of the composite film,forming the composite films can rapid deformation under low voltage driver,and has the shape of a higher response rates.To sum up,a simple preparation process is designed in this paper,and two kinds of electrically responsive shape memory composite films with biodegradable properties are realized,which provides a new idea for the realization of green new electronic devices in the future.
