Oil is one of the most important energy sources in the world.The exploration and exploitation of oil resources has developed from the shallow layer to the deep layer of the earth and the ocean which puts forward new requirements for the drilling and exploitation systems,especially for its communication system which has been far from meeting the automation,intelligence and unmanned requirements of the future drilling and exploitation.At present,there are two main problems in oil well communication system of oil drilling,the first one is the slow wireless transmission of information.The transmission rate of Baker Hughes-designed mud pulse system is about 40 bps/s and the Schlumberger Anadrill system transmits at about 12 bps/s.In this project,the transmission rate of the oil well wireless communication system can reach up to 115 k bit/s.The second problem is the energy supply of oil drilling communication devices,sensors and other equipment.Now,the centralized energy supply mode is adopted and the equipment is mainly based on mud generators and disposable battery shorts,but there are problems in practical applications such as short working time and high cost.Distributed energy supply is the frontier of current research.How to use self-powered distributed energy supply technology to overcome the bottleneck of oil well communication system of oil drilling is not only the core technology to realize the future automation system of unmanned intelligent drilling and exploitation,but also the frontier field of self-powered supply technology research.In view of the above two problems,thesis has proposed a self-powered oil well intelligent communication system,which aims to solve the problems of oil drilling communication and energy supply.For communication,thesis proposes a wireless relay transmission system,which uses wired transmission inside the drill pipe and wireless transmission between the drill pipes to quickly transmit the oil well data to the surface.This hybrid communication method does not carry out special design of the drill pipe structure,which can improve the information transmission rate of oil well communication system of oil drilling.For energy supply of the communication system,this project uses environmental energy harvesting technology to convert the mechanical energy in the mud into electrical energy.This work combines the wireless relay transmission system with environmental energy harvesting technology to build a self-powered oil well intelligent communication system,which verifies the feasibility of the entire system from theoretical and experimental perspectives.The main research contents and conclusions of this article can be summarized as follows:(1)The first chapter of thesis mainly introduces the research background of the oil well intelligent communication system.The second chapter discusses the use of environmental energy harvesting distributed energy supply technology to solve the core energy supply problem of the traditional intelligent drill pipe communication system,introduces the energy neutral principle based on environmental energy harvesting,and proposes a design strategy based on energy slices.Based on this design strategy,the related control process is developed.(2)The third chapter of thesis designs the self-powered oil underground intelligent communication system,introduces the working process of each part of the oil well intelligent communication system in detail,and tests the communication part of the oil well intelligent communication system.(3)The fourth chapter uses electromagnetic power generation,triboelectric nanogenerator and piezoelectric energy conversion device to verify the self-powered supply form of the oil well intelligent communication system.
