In the planning and implementation of the assembly process of complex mechanical products such as airplanes,for the needs of the construction of visual assembly process documents oriented to the assembly process,the wing components of a certain model of aircraft are used as the research object,and the related technical concepts of digital twins are applied to establish a digital twin model.Through the digital twin assembly process model,guide the actual assembly process of the physical space.By clarifying the information transmission and feedback mechanism between digital space and physical space,the correlation between digital space and physical space is realized.Taking digital space,physical space,and the establishment of the relationship between the two as the basic elements of digital twin technology,a digital twin technology application solution for wing assembly is proposed.By fusing the product model and the key process equipment model(frame model),and comprehensively considering the relevant components such as personnel,tools,process standards,and inspection and verification requirements associated with the assembly process,the product assembly process is planned and simulated and verified.In the digital space,a digital twin assembly process model that uses visual assembly process files as an expression form and is consistent with the actual assembly site(physical space)assembly process is formed.Implement the assembly process in the physical space based on the assembly process model and related assembly instruction files formulated in the digital space.And through the information interaction interface that connects the physical space and the digital space,feedback the assembly process information and the problems that occur in the assembly process to improve the assembly process and form a closed-loop connection and a virtuous circle between the digital space and the physical space.By constructing an information interaction interface that connects the digital space and the physical space,the information communication bridge connecting the digital space and the physical space is constructed to realize the receipt of process instructions,the execution of the assembly process,and the feedback of various assembly process information.Based on the digital twin-based aircraft wing assembly process planning and implementation of the overall technical plan,through research and analysis of the characteristics of the wing assembly structure,the level of component assembly structure are divided and the assembly process sequence is determined.Then,this paper uses Dassault's process planning and simulation software DELMIA as the supporting platform to conduct assembly process design and assembly process simulation,and generate a visual3 D assembly process file containing detailed process content to guide the actual assembly process on the physical site.The physical assembly site confirms the relevant information of the assembly site according to the visual assembly process documents,executes the assembly process instructions,and completes the assembly of the product.By analyzing the composition of the interactive information between the physical space and the digital space,the information flow model is constructed,and the information interaction interface is constructed with the VB.NET program development language to realize assembly information transmission and feedback.
