Muskmelon,Latin name Cucumis melo L.,is one of the top ten fruits in the world.Muskmelon is rich in protein,fat,carbohydrates,malic acid,vitamins,crude fiber and minerals.However,due to the extensive harvesting of melons,the backward packaging or the lack of any packaging,the mechanical damage is worse,and the probability of pathogen infection increases.during transportation,it often decays more than 30%,and even reach 100%.Transportation vibration damage is an important cause of post-harvest damage to fruits and vegetables.This thesis studied the effects of different vibration frequency,vibration time and the number of heights on the physiology and quality of muskmelon during the storage of simulated muskmelon under simulated transportation.The research conclusions can provide references for predicting the quality changes of cantaloupes,designing reasonable packaging and choosing transportation methods.The main results are as follows:(1)The effect of vibration frequency on the quality of melon during storage.Choose to simulate the transportation situation of five vibration frequencies.Compared with the control group,the vibration treatment will cause the quality of the melon to decrease.The specific manifestation is that the hardness,elasticity,cohesiveness and chewiness of the melon will decrease during storage,and the weight loss rate will increase.As the vibration frequency increases,the trend of changes in various indicators becomes more and more obvious.because(2)The effect of vibration time on the quality of melon during storage.Five kinds of vibration time are set to simulate the actual transportation situation.After the vibration treatment of different vibration time,the quality of the melon during storage is also different.The longer the vibration time,the higher the weight loss rate during storage of muskmelon,and the lower the hardness,cohesion,chewiness and elasticity.(3)The effect of the number of piles on the quality of melon during storage.Simulating the actual three types of muskmelons with different pile heights,the quality of muskmelons with different pile heights showed different changes during storage.The quality of the muskmelon in the vibration treatment group and the control group changed drastically as follows: the weight loss rate of the middle melon> the weight loss rate of the bottom melon> The weight loss rate of top cantaloupe> the weight loss rate of control group cantaloupe.(4)Pearson correlation analysis of the weight loss rate and texture characteristics of each parameter shows that the weight loss rate is negatively correlated with hardness,cohesion,elasticity,and chewiness.There are 4 indicators of hardness,cohesion,elasticity,and chewiness.There is a positive correlation.Therefore,an indicator of weight loss rate and physical properties can be selected to represent the texture change of melon during storage.According to the analysis of the orthogonal test results,the optimal transportation conditions are the vibration frequency of 3.5 Hz,the vibration time of 10 minutes,and the two-story transportation conditions of the stack.(5)After analyzing the collected vibration signals of the muskmelon and the vibrating table,it is found that the vibration frequency of the muskmelon in the packaging box is always greater than the vibration frequency of the vibrating table,and the vibration acceleration of the muskmelon in the packaging box from the bottom to the top layer increases successively.Large,it increases with the increase of the vibration acceleration of the vibrating table.
