CNC machine tool is a highly complex Mechatronics machinery,its development level is directly related to the development of science and technology,economic construction and national security of a country and a nation.As an important supporting facility of machining center,tool magazine and manipulator automatic tool change device have the function of automatic tool exchange and tool storage.The overall reliability directly determines the sustainability of enterprise processing.As one of the main application parts of small machining center,the normal operation of its equipment is of great significance to the safety of users.Therefore,the combination of FMECA(failure mode,influence and criticality analysis)and FTA(fault tree analysis)is a very effective method to ensure the normal operation of the disk magazine and manipulator tool changer.Analyze the failure mode and its influence,find the weak link and the original system design defects,and improve the reliability of the disc tool magazine.In this paper,FMECA and FTA analysis methods are used to analyze the reliability of disk type tool magazine and manipulator automatic tool changer:(1)Through the analysis of tool magazine and automatic tool changer,the whole mechanism can be divided into three subsystems.On this basis,the mathematical model of system reliability is established.According to FMECA standards and conditions,the three subsystems are divided into agreed levels,and the corresponding structure diagram and function block diagram are drawn.(2)According to the failure mode data,the adverse effect evaluation criteria of tool magazine and manipulator automatic tool changer are established.The basic principle of FMECA is integrated,the causes and hazards of various failure modes of tool magazine and automatic tool changer are analyzed,and the FMECA report is output.According to the results of FMECA analysis,each subsystem emphasizes the high-risk failure mode,and puts forward the corresponding corrective measures.(3)Based on the collected failure mode data information,the injury assessment specifications are clarified.tool magazine and automatic tool changer are established.According to the function of FMECA,the tool magazine and the automatic tool changing mechanism are analyzed,and the causes and effects of various failure modes are obtained,and the FMECA table is listed.According to the results of FMECA,the corresponding improvement measures are given to solve the high-risk failure mode of each system.
