Coal production includes many important links,among which coal transportation is an important link.According to the division standard of Transportation Task,coal mine transportation can be divided into main transportation and auxiliary transportation.The main transport refers to the pure coal transport,and the auxiliary transport refers to the coal production in addition to the main transport of the total transport,including the transport of materials,equipment,personnel transport and so on.The auxiliary transportation is the vital component of the whole coal mine transportation system.In the auxiliary transportation system of coal mine,the monorail crane is an efficient and modern auxiliary transportation equipment of Coal Mine.With its remarkable advantages such as high safety,no running car,no falling off road,strong climbing ability and strong turning flexibility,etc.,it occupies an important position in the auxiliary transportation system of Coal Mine and has a broad market application prospect.Due to the late start of China's coal-assisted transportation industry,the design and manufacture of monorail cranes and related ancillary equipment are mostly dependent on imports.The independent research and development is still relatively lagging.It is only based on the application experience at home and abroad for selection and design,and in the monorail crane auxiliary transportation system.The definition of the working conditions of the rails and transportation equipment,and the analysis of the mechanical characteristics are not deep enough,resulting in a situation that is known to be unknown,which seriously restricts the technical progress and application effects of the monorail crane auxiliary transportation system in China.In this paper,the modern computer-aided design method is used to simulate the dynamics of a monorail crane-assisted transport system.On this basis,the structure optimization design of the monorail crane is carried out and the layout of the monorail crane is guided.The purpose is to provide a reference for the structure optimization design of the auxiliary transportation system of the monorail crane in practice by using the modern computer-aided design method.The research work of this paper mainly has the following aspects:(1)This paper discusses the basic principles of the design of auxiliary transport mode,summarizes the key factors of the design of underground Auxiliary Transport Mode,and discusses the design criterion of the tunnel in the aspects of the tunnel design requirements and the basic conditions of the tunnel This paper expounds the technical requirements of the track in terms of the technical conditions of the track and the suspension mode,and carries out the equipment selection and verification according to the actual transport demand of the mine and the conditions of the tunnel;(2)The three-dimensional modeling software Creo2.0 is used to model the structure of the auxiliary transportation system of the monorail crane,and the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS is introduced to analyze the multi-body dynamics under different working conditions in the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS,the load of the key part of the monorail crane transportation system,the connecting points of the track,is obtained,and the vibration response of the system is analyzed;(3)The dynamic analysis data of ADMAS is applied to the Abaqus finite element analysis software,and the track finite element analysis is carried out to find the weak link of the track.
