Due to the importance and complexity of coal mine production safetyinformation, traditional information management methods of safe production of coalmining enterprises have been unable to handle the large and swelling data, companiesgenerally use of information management to improve their competitiveness in themarket. With the development of computer technology, the popularity of softwareapplications, as well as the rapid process of information, enterprises have a Growingdemand for rapid development, adapt to flexible to meet the changing needs of theapplication system, the traditional approach to software development bottlenecks andchallenges facing enormous. Software reuse is a good way to solve the software crisis,to ensure the quality of the software and effective methods to improve softwareproductivity. Above all, component-based development is the core of software reuse.Safety information system development practices in component-based coalmining enterprises often face two challenges: a lack of reusable components and thelack of support member assembly facilities and environment. This article according toframework based on component-based software development methodology, dexteritycustomization based on the framework of the information system, developed for thepurpose of the information management system for coal mine production safety,provide a solution for the agile development of coal mine production safety in thefield of information systems, and provide some practical experience as well as thepromotion of the concept of component-based software development.In the light of theoretical analysis and practical needs, this article is based onNET platform, as well as gives the development of a component-based informationsystem of coal mine production safety practice case. In this paper, based on the specific field of component-based software framework developed to consider thedrawbacks of traditional development models in research software development, theadvantages of model-based component framework development. Highlights thecomponent framework based on the software development process; research in NETplatform component development theoretical basis and related technologies; design acommon framework of reusable components based on domain-specific softwarearchitecture research business component can be easily assembled, and the flexibilityto set the XML configuration file consisting of component-based lightweight softwareframework. Introduces the framework architecture, components, interfaces, securitymechanisms. Elaborate on the key technology of the design principles andimplementation of the software framework major public member. Finally, theapplication of the framework to the development of the information managementsystem for coal mine production safety practice, process-based framework for thedevelopment and application of systems analysis, design and coding completed thedevelopment of the system, and the resulting system was tested and evaluation.
