Research On The Problem And Solutions About Modern Coal Mine Safety Production Management

Strengthening the safety production management is an important measure which can improve the situation for production safety of coal mine, prevent from coal mine accident fundamentally, and implement production safety of coal mine. On the basis of consulting plenty of domestic and foreign literature, current domestic and foreign advanced management ideas are investigated and analyzed on, research about domestic and foreign coal mine safety production management is fully discussed, then the problems of modern coal mine safety production management are deeply analyzed, at last, a objective conclusion is drawn for safety production management of coal mine accidents in this thesis based on modern safety production management theory. Through combination of theory and practice, this thesis deeply explores the root of management problem from problems of actual coal mine safety production management, proposes an simple model of coal mine safety production management operational mechanism, combined with foreign advanced experience of safety management. At last, this thesis investigates current situation of safety production management of TieFa Coal Industry Group Xiaoming coal mine, puts forward some rational and feasible advice, combined with the simple model of coal mine safety production management operational mechanism. The research results herein have certain theoretical significance and reference value for research on the problem and solutions about modern coal mine safety production management.
