Coal spontaneous combustion in goaf areas is one of the major calamities in caol mine,which seriously influences safety production of mine.Because the situation of goaf is very complicated,and the factors of goaf is not easy to grasp,so once the accident be happened,there will be a great harm of the mining face,and it is very important for determine the hazardous scope of goaf by spontaneous combustion "three-zone" when spontaneous combustion occur. Through theoretical analysis, experimental analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement methods, to1121(1) working surface of Zhuji mine in Huainan an example, this paper study distribution law of spontaneous combustion "three-zone" and spontaneous combustion prevention in goaf of fully mechanized top coal caving mining face,and summaries the experience of managing fire area, as follow:(1) Using the programmed heating experiments,and using the coal of Zhuji face,we analysis the signal gases from different coal sample and the properties of fire extinguishing materials; Provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up numerical simulation.(2) Using the FLUENT softwaret to numerical simulation, the characteristics of Y-type ventilation mining three room spontaneous combustion zones were summarized through analysis on factors influencing drainage or no drainage and the tail gate form face75m, the secondary development of ANSYS FLUENT software is carried out through UDF port within the Visual Studio environment and two-dimensional goaf physical model is established, the distribution rules of air leakage velocity field、temperature field、and oxygen concentration field is found out for1121(1) fully mechanized surface goaf of Zhuji Mine. Through the division of self-ignition "triple zone" in two-dimensional goaf, it is also analyzed the effect on the self ignition "triple zone" distribution in goaf, The results show that:compared with no extraction,the width of oxidization combustion zone and the cooling zone are increased,Under the same conditions,with the tail gate moved to gob,the width of oxidization combustion zone and the cooling zone are increased.(3) The example of projects through the data collected in the field to analysis the comprehensive treatment effect of gas.And using numerical simulation section for1121(1) face made effective anti-fire technology program,the study of this aper was helpful to guid to prevent spontaneous combustion in Y-type ventilation goaf area.The analysis shows that the total amount of the return air is2100~2350m3/min during the caving workface. There is important significance for guiding preventing and putting out fire and safety production that control the gas extraction rate is81.56%of working surface and the average concentration of gas is0.4%.According to the above measures,the fire prevention program to1121(1) working surface of Zhuji mine is safly for spontaneous combustion zones and the face, the study of this aper was helpful to guid to prevent spontaneous combustion in Y-type ventilation goaf area.
