The reliable operation of belt conveyor has a vital impact on the safety production of coal mine.At present,the protection system of domestic coal mine belt conveyor is still in the level of fault diagnosis,which can not make full use of monitoring information to achieve fault prediction and health status assessment.Based on the national key research and development plan "research and development of key technology and equipment of Internet of things for mine safety production",this thesis takes the main belt conveyor of Huoerxinhe coal mine in Shanxi Province as the research object,and studies the fault prediction and health status evaluation of belt conveyor.The main work of this thesis includes:(1)The composition structure and typical fault mechanism of coal mine belt conveyor is deeply analyzed in this thesis,the relationship between fault events and the data provided on site are also explored.On this basis,the technical route of this thesis is formed.(2)Aiming at the problem that the existing coal mine belt conveyor protection system can not achieve fault prediction,this thesis first establishes the fault tree model of belt conveyor based on the correlation between fault events,and then establishes the fuzzy Bayesian network of belt conveyor risk degree based on the fault tree transformation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and realizes the belt conveyor fault prediction through the reasoning ability of Bayesian network Then,the function of fault prediction and diagnosis is realized,and the effectiveness of the model reasoning is verified by the actual data.(3)Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to evaluate the overall health status caused by the various components of belt conveyor system,starting from the operation principle of belt conveyor system,starting from the background of electrical engineering,this thesis verifies the effectiveness of efficiency as the health evaluation index of belt conveyor system based on two aspects of energy consumption and efficiency;then,aiming at the complex influence of belt conveyor system operation conditions In order to improve the accuracy of efficiency value calculation,the multidimensional time series clustering algorithm TICC is selected to identify the operating conditions of belt conveyor system,and the accuracy of the algorithm identification effect is verified by analyzing the actual operating conditions represented by each working condition.Finally,through the analysis of the efficiency change trend of the system under different operating conditions,the belt conveyor system model is established The real-time evaluation model of health status is established,and the field deployment and application are realized.In this thesis,closely combined with the actual situation and project research needs,combined with the professional knowledge of interdisciplinary research,established a set of belt conveyor fault prediction and health status evaluation system with both theoretical significance and practical application value,which has a certain guiding significance for the current coal mine intelligent construction.The thesis consists of 33 pictures,15 tables and 81 references.
