China is a big country producing and selling coal, and coal mining production mainly adopts the cycle process of roadway excavation, material transportation and support operation to achieve scientific and standardized production requirements. In the vast majority of coal mining enterprises in China, comprehensive excavation is adopted to organize production.Support operation in fully mechanized mining face is an important basis to ensure coal mining safety. The attenuation characteristics of support workers' working ability in fully mechanized mining face are identified.Based on the adverse situation caused by fatigue and alert ability decline in operation, improvement suggestions are put forward through analysis and research,so as to realize safe and efficient production in fully mechanized mining face.(1)Based on the actual situation of poor working environment, heavy working load and disorderly workers in the fully mechanized excavation face, observe and record the operation organization of the fully mechanized excavation face and the operation content of the support operation, and analyze the causes of fatigue of the support workers, influencing factors and measurement methods.According to the actual situation of support operation, the fatigue measurement experiment is designed, and the energy consumption level of support workers is obtained from subjective and objective aspects, and the specific characteristics of fatigue affecting operation ability are analyzed.(2)In the process of studying the dynamic changes of operation ability, individual physiological reaction and biological reaction ability have corresponding change trends, which are closely related to the changes of subjects' alertness.By determining the research method and experimental process, the subjects were comprehensively evaluated by combining subjective and objective methods to study the alertness. In the experiment, the energy consumption of underground support operation was simulated, and the alertness of the subjects was induced to change through the energy consumption. The physiological indexes of different alert stages were measured, and the difference analysis of the data was carried out to further evaluate the attenuation characteristics of the operation ability.(3)The results showed that after the alertness was graded, the physiological reactions of the subjects in different states of alertness were obviously different.Among them, the ratio of low frequency signal to high frequency signal(LF/HF)in heart rate signal is selected as the key index to reflect the change of alertness. In the state of high alertness, the subjects are focused, the behavior is calm and accurate, the sympathetic nerve is excited, and the LF/HF ratio decreases; In the state of low alertness, attention is seriously distracted, fatigue is strengthened, behavioral error rate is high, vagus nerve is excited, and LF/HF ratio is reduced.(4)Based on the selected indexes of this research experiment,a characteristic model of support work capacity is established, and the level of work capacity is divided according to the model, and the work capacity of the subjects is calculated according to the model. At the same time, referring to the work characteristics of support workers, targeted suggestions are put forward to promote the realization of the goal of efficient and safe production. The paper has 27 pictures,44 tables, and 99 references.
