The production and consumption of coal have always occupied an important proportion in China’s energy structure.Power enterprises as the largest coal consumer,accounting for a large proportion of the total coal consumption in China.However,the phenomenon of"more in the northwest and less in the southeast"in China’s coal resource endowment storage,and the heterogeneity of manufacture and expenditure regions have established the coal carriage condition of"carriage of coal from the north to the south"and"carriage of coal from the west to the east"in China,which leads to the high cost of coal transport in China,particularly thermal coal transport and the resulting carbon emissions.During the 14th Five-Year Period,under the background of the implementation of the strategy of ecological civilization,China will convert from regional carbon trading pilot to establish a consolidated carbon trading market in the whole country,in order to cope with the increasing stress of carbon emissions,and gradually achieve carbon peak and carbon neutral,and the establishment of carbon quotas and distribution of these problems has been the key issue in the carbon market set up and run.Therefore,in view of the carbon emission reduction problem in the process of coal transportation,the carbon quota allocation problem in the coal power supply chain must be disposed at first.The use of multimodal transport can solve the problem of low efficiency in the process of power coal transportation effectively.Further,by optimizing the layout and path of power coal transportation network,carbon emissions and comprehensive operating costs of coal power supply chain can be reduced validly and the high-quality progress of coal-fired power industry can be accelerated.In this dissertation,the relevant study on coal-fired power supply chain,carbon quota allocation,multimodal transportation and optimization of transportation path in the last few years at domestic and overseas is firstly concluded to lay a theoretical foundation for the research.Then,based on the status quo of coal-fired power supply chain and quota allocation of carbon companies,combined with the characteristics of thermal coal transportation process,the practical problems existing in the current coal power supply chain were analyzed theoretically.Aiming at the problem of carbon emission reduction in coal power supply chain,based on the principle of fairness and efficiency of carbon quota allocation,three important indicators of carbon emission reduction,such as carbon emission reduction duty,carbon emission reduction ability and carbon emission reduction potential were determined.Then,the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weights of production,transportation and consumption in the coal power supply chain,and the specific weights of carbon quota allocation in each link are determined.Furthermore,the path optimization model based on coal power supply chain multimodal transport is established,and the cost of the whole process is divided into coal production enterprise cost and power enterprise cost,so as to minimize the total cost,and then find out the optimal path in the process of coal multimodal transport.According to different carbon quota trading patterns,the comprehensive cost of the whole supply chain can be minimized.At the end of the paper,the optimization model established is applied to S company to analyze the current transportation lines of the company,divide the transportation nodes according to the actual situation,and solve the optimization problem of the path of coal multimodal transportation.Find out its optimal path,produce the corresponding social and economic effect.Based on the perspective of coal power supply chain and the background of carbon emission reduction,this dissertation finds out the optimal path by means of multimodal transport of coal,and urges each link of the coal supply chain to implement carbon emission reduction through reasonable allocation of carbon quota,so as to settle the current correlated environmental issues systematically.The consequences of the used example display that the optimal path selection can cut down the economic and environmental expenditures of companies and improve the competitive force of enterprises.Moreover,carbon exchange within the supply chain among supply chains can enhance the economic interests of the whole supply chain and increase the competitive force of companies.This dissertation contains 22 pictures,15 tables,and 81 references.
