| On September 22,2020,China officially proposed to achieve the goal of carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutral by 2060,which makes all industries take corresponding measures to achieve energy saving and sustainable development.Coal occupies a key position in China’s energy structure,which is influenced by the distribution of resources and the transportation pattern of "north coal south transportation" and "west coal east transportation",which makes coal transportation a key link to achieve the balance of supply and demand.Under the background of double carbon target,the low carbon emission reduction in coal transportation will become crucial,therefore,the study of emission reduction policy and transportation mode optimization in coal transportation is very important to realize the green development of energy transportation industry.China’s coal transportation is mainly based on railroad,waterway and road transportation,but due to the influence of seasonal changes and policies,the structure of freight transport ratio between each mode is still in an unbalanced state,and the coordination between various modes of transportation is poor,which cannot fully realize the overall benefits of multimodal transportation.In addition,influenced by coal supply and demand pattern,price changes and low carbon emission reduction policies,it is difficult to fully coordinate the relationship between the overall efficiency of coal transportation and the reduction of coal transportation costs.In view of this,based on the existing coal transportation pattern in China,this paper investigates the future development trend of coal transportation and the theoretical and practical problems that need to be solved,taking into account various low-carbon emission reduction policies for China’s coal multimodal transportation.This paper firstly introduces the theories related to low-carbon coal transportation,mainl y including the theories related to coal transportation modes,multimodal transportation and lo w-carbon transportation modeling policies,and focuses on the main transportation modes of c oal in China at present.Secondly,the current situation of coal supply and demand and transpor tation in China is explained,mainly in terms of coal supply and demand and price changes,as well as coal transportation paths and transportation status of different transportation modes,et c.It is found that the current coal multimodal transportation still has problems such as insuffic ient transportation network capacity,unreasonable transportation structure and imperfect trans it logistics facilities.On the basis of this,a planning model of multimodal transportation is con structed,which takes different carbon emission policies as constraints and considers transporta tion cost,transshipment cost and carbon emission cost minimization.Finally,according to the actual situation of coal transportation,the corresponding supply and demand places are selecte d for empirical analysis,and the total cost is compared and analyzed by setting different param eters,and it is found that the optimal economic and environmental benefits of coal multimodal transportation under carbon trading policy can be achieved to the greatest extent. |
