The influence of many uncertain factors in the construction process of mine construction engineering leads to the extremely complex progress control.With the continuous promotion of intelligent coal mine and the rapid development of computer technology,the emergence of new technology provides a new tool for the construction progress risk management of mine construction engineering.The advantages of Building information modeling(BIM),such as three-dimensional visualization,virtual simulation and information collaboration,provide new management means and ideas for the mine construction progress risk management.In this context,BIM is introduced into the construction progress risk management of mine construction project and studied.First,the paper uses the method of Text Mining to extract the risk factors that affect the construction progress of the mine construction project from 157 documents,forms the initial set of construction progress risk factors,and on this basis,the WBS-RBS method is used to supplement and identify the risk factors of the construction progress of the mine construction project,and the construction progress risk factors of the mine construction project are identified by the method of combining subjective and objective view.The paper has carried out comprehensive identification to avoid the insufficiency of incomplete text and relying on subjective experience to identify risk factors.From the perspective of nature,organization,technology and management,the construction progress risk assessment index system of mine construction project is constructed.Secondly,by using the method of Decision-Making and Trial Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL),the influence degree,cause degree and centrality of 30 risk factors in the risk evaluation index system of mine construction project construction progress are analyzed,and the causal weight diagram and the cause centrality distribution diagram of risk factors are drawn.Based on the analysis results,14 key risks affecting the mine construction project construction progress are extracted,the Interpretive Structural Model(ISM)method is used to classify the risk factors in the evaluation index system of mine construction project construction progress risk,and the relationship and influence path between risk factors are clarified.Then,the BIM is analyzed with the help of BIM-RISK coupling matrix BIM can be used to analyze the applicability of risk management technology,which can solve the important factors of mine construction progress.Then,based on the concept of "BIM-WBS-RBS" triangle model,the BIM based construction progress risk management model is constructed,and the BIM based mine construction project construction progress risk management is proposed.Combined with the important risk factor set and risk transmission chain,this paper puts forward the application scheme of risk management from the five modules of design scheme optimization,construction scheme optimization,visual construction disclosure,fine construction progress management and BIM based collaborative work,and studies its guarantee conditions from three aspects of organization,input and supervision system,so as to reduce the risk of construction progress and reduce the risk of risk The effect of risk transmission path.Finally,taking l project in Yuzhou City of Henan Province as an example,this paper makes an empirical study on the planning and implementation of BIM based mine construction progress risk management scheme,analyzes and summarizes the application value of the management scheme,and finally verifies the rationality and effectiveness of BIM based mine construction progress risk management.This thesis includes 61 figures,32 tables and 131 references.
