Due to the complexity of geological conditions and construction technology,there are many safety risks in mine tunnel construction.Once this kind of risk evolves into accident,it will bring huge economic loss to the society,and pay the price of life.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to apply modern risk management theory and method to mine shaft and roadway construction,which has aroused great attention of mine builders.Based on YPL fluorite mine roadway construction project,this paper studies the construction safety risk assessment and control of mine roadway engineering.Delphi method and LEC method are used to identify and screen the main risk sources of YPL fluorite mine roadway construction.By using analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the safety risk assessment model of mine tunnel construction is established,the risk grade of tunnel construction is evaluated,and the risk control measures and risk management suggestions are put forward.The main research results are as follows:(1)according to the engineering of mine construction characteristics,adopt the method of Delphi method and LEC method,for YPL fluorite mine roadway engineering construction risk identification and selection,determines the construction of the top five risk factors: charge standardization,explosives,handling stacked,landslides,previous geological exploration is not accurate,toxic or harmful gases.(2)Based on the construction risk identification results of YPL mine tunnel engineering,the construction risk analysis model of mine tunnel engineering is established,which is composed of target layer,benchmark layer and index layer.The risk factors of benchmark layer and index layer are sorted by ahp,and the influence degree of various risk indicators is determined.(3)By using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the risk grade evaluation standard and comprehensive judgment matrix of YPL fluorite mine roadway construction are established,and the risk grade evaluation of YPL fluorite mine roadway construction is carried out.The results show that the overall risk of YPL fluorite mine roadway construction belongs to a higher risk level,and the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual situation of the mine.(4)From two aspects of overall risk control and special risk control measures,suggestions on construction risk control of YPL fluorite mine roadway are put forward.The construction practice in the past two years has proved that the construction risk control measures have played a technical support role in the actual project and obtained good economic benefits.
