With the national energy-saving and emission-reduction strategy proposed and the increasing fuel price and other issues,the lightweight design of automobiles has become the focus of research.Mining dump trucks are special dump trucks for mines,which have the characteristics of self-weight and strong transportation capacity.The production of their parts and components has the characteristics of small batches,multiple specifications and individual customization.As the main load-bearing component of mining dump trucks,the quality of the container accounts for about 30%of the total weight of the dump truck.Therefore,the parameterized design and lightweight optimization research on the parameterized design and lightweight optimization research on the container of the mine dump truck can enhance the competitiveness of the product,shorten the product design cycle,and quickly respond to the market demand,which is of great significance to the relevant enterprises.First of all,this article reviews the current development status of mining dump trucks and their cargo containers,the current research status of parameterized design methods,and the current research status of automobile lightweight design methods.Aiming at the actual design requirements of enterprises for mining dump trucks and the deficiencies in the research process of current design methods,the necessity of the research on the rapid and lightweight design method of mining dump trucks is expounded.And the main content and framework of this paper are put forward.Then,through the analysis of the container structure,based on the parametric design theory,a top-down and bottom-up parametric modeling method for the whole container design is proposed,which realizes the rapid establishment of container models of the same series with different sizes,and provides a parameterized model for the optimization design analysis of the container.Secondly,the finite element model of the container is obtained by model simplification,mesh division and boundary condition loading on the established parametric geometric model in Ansys Workbench software.The static analysis and modal analysis were carried out on the finite element model of the container under four typical operating conditions: full load uniform speed,lifting and unloading,full load braking and partial load driving.The finite element analysis results show that the safety factor of the container structure is above 1.5,the dynamic performance is good and there is a large lightweight design space of the container.Furthermore,according to the results of cargo container performance analysis,comprehensively adopting experimental design,approximate model technology and multi-objective optimization method,a comprehensive lightweight design method of cargo container based on RBF approximate model under multiple working conditions is proposed.The main design variables were screened by the sensitivity analysis method,the sample space was obtained by optimized Latin hypercube sampling and the response value was calculated.Three approximate models of RSM,Kriging and RBF were established and compare and verify the models.the radial basis function(RBF)approximate model is selected to establish the relationship between variables and responses.Based on the approximate model,NSGA-II algorithm is used for multiobjective optimization to obtain different optimal design schemes.The target scheme is selected for static strength and modal verification.The results show that compared with the original container,the optimized container has a performance that meets the requirements of various working conditions,as well as the total weight of the container is reduced by 733.1 kg,a decrease of 7.47%.Finally,through the study of the parametric design method and lightweight design method of the container,based on Solid Works secondary opening technology and VB.NET programming technology,a rapid lightweight design system for mining dump truck container is developed.The system has functions such as container selection calculation,parametric design of the whole machine and parts,automatic assembly,and optimization design.The integration and visualization of the process of "customer demand analysis-parametric design-structural analysis-optimization design" have been realized for the container,and the design efficiency of the container has been improved.This thesis has 71 figures,19 tables,98 references.
