| With the rapid economic development,China’s manufacturing industry has developed rapidly and has become the world’s largest manufacturing country.However,due to the continuous disappearance of various low-cost dividends,China’s manufacturing industry is facing fierce market competition,reducing the loss of human resources,energy and other resources of enterprises,and improving the production efficiency of manufacturing enterprises,which has become a practical problem for manufacturing enterprises to urgently solve.As an important measure for manufacturing companies to reduce costs and increase efficiency,production line optimization is of great significance for improving their market responsiveness.Therefore,this article takes Z company as the research object and conducts systematic research on the optimization of its Q product assembly line.First,based on the theoretical research and actual investigation of the production line optimization,the operation of the Q product assembly line of Z company and its process flow are analyzed,and through the measurement of the assembly line production work hours and on-site investigations,it is found that the assembly line is unbalanced,Unreasonable workshop layout,insufficient on-site management level,and irregular workshop 5S management.Then,this paper uses shop layout optimization,industrial engineering methods,and linear programming methods to optimize the Q product assembly line,and establishes a Flexsim simulation model of the assembly line to simulate and analyze the operation of the assembly line before and after optimization.The study found that by improving the balance rate of the assembly line from 84.42%to 96.14%,the balance loss rate was reduced from 14.58% to 3.86%,the smoothing index was reduced from 11.22 to 3.06,and the minimum production cycle of the entire assembly line was also reduced from 70.96 s to 58.34 s.Through the improvement of the assembly line,the production efficiency of the assembly line has been greatly improved,and the degree of dispersion of the operation time of each station of the assembly line has been significantly reduced.Finally,from the three aspects of on-site 5S improvement,optimizing material management,and establishing a lean production model in the workshop,the continuous optimization measures and management recommendations of the assembly line were proposed,in order to improve the production and operation efficiency of the Q product assembly line of Z company.This article has 29 figure,23 table,and 77 reference. |
