With the rapid development of the global economy,the competition among processing and manufacturing enterprises has become more and more fierce,prompting enterprises to begin to pay attention to the research of production lines and seek ways to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.Assembling as the last link of production is also one of the key points of enterprise research.At present,the problems of enterprise assembly lines mainly focus on the optimization of assembly line balance.How to allocate steps reasonably is the key to solving such problems.This paper conducts simulation,analysis and optimization research on a certain type of submerged pump assembly line in H company,and balances the process time of each work station to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of the assembly line.First,I briefly introduce the H company,investigate the assembly line of the submersible pump,draw the CAD drawing of its submersible pump and the relevant Solidworks three-dimensional model,and collect the relevant operation time and priority relationship of each step.Secondly,according to the system characteristics of the submerged pump assembly line and the basic theory of Petri nets,the submerged pump assembly line time Petri net model and the operation unit Petri net model are constructed,and the correlation matrix and the state equation analysis method are used to verify the activity and reachability of the model.Refer to the simulation rule from Petri net to Flexsim,establish the Flexsim model of the submerged pump assembly line,run the model,analyze the results obtained,and find out the bottleneck factors that affect the balance of the assembly line.Finally,combine the 0-1 integer programming theory to analyze the existing specific problems,establish the relevant mathematical model,program the model with the Lingo platform,find the corresponding optimization solution,and then use the Flexsim software to establish the simulation model of the optimization plan.The effect of the assembly line before and after optimization is compared and analyzed from the balance rate,smoothness index,equipment utilization rate and other aspects.Finally,the optimal scheme of the submerged pump assembly line is selected according to the comprehensive effect.
