Compared with the hydraulic system,the continuous casting mould non-sinusoidal Oscillation system has the advantages of low investment cost,convenient maintenance and high synchronism,in the future,the main trend of non-sinusoidal Oscillation device of continuous casting mould is to realize continuous casting with high speed,high frequency,high quality and low accident rate.In this paper,a new type of oscillation device is developed,which can adjust the amplitude on-line,and can adjust the configuration,the principle and the curve of Oscillation,the study of the dynamic properties provides a theoretical basis for practical production and application.Firstly,the principle and realization method of the non-sine wave used in the nonsinusoidal vibration device are analyzed,and the corresponding formula for calculating the process parameters and the range of the appropriate values are given.The principle of the dynamic fulcrum amplitude modulation mechanism of the non-sinusoidal Oscillation system of the continuous casting mould is introduced.Then according to the principle of continuous casting mould dynamic fulcrum amplitude modulation,a new type of continuous casting mould dynamic fulcrum amplitude modulation system and its two-dimensional model and three-dimensional model are given.The model is simplified and the simulation model of vibration system is established to solve the kinematics characteristics of each component such as displacement,velocity and acceleration.According to the parameters of a steel plant continuous casting machine,the dynamic simulation of the model is carried out to study the forces acting on the connecting rod under the different amplitude and the different wave deflection rate of the vibration system and the influence on the vibration device,the rationality of the device is verified,and the motor is selected according to the force condition.Finally,a mechanical model of the whole vibration system is established,and the first three natural frequencies and natural modes of the vibration system are obtained according to the motion differential equation of the model.It is found that the natural frequency of the vibration system is only affected by the speed and amplitude of the servo motor.When the slope of the waveform and the vibration frequency are changed,the resonance phenomenon does not appear in the vibration system,and the optional range of the frequency and the slope of the waveform is increased.The method of increasing the stability of the system is given.
