Adjusting the energy structure and developing clean nuclear power is one of the important measure to maintain the balance between sustained economic development and conservation of ecosystem.One of the problems brought by the development of nuclear energy is spent fuel post-processing.Recycle post-processing can improve the utilization rate of uranium resources,reduce toxicity of high-level radioactive and waste volume of geological disposal.Therefore,the development of post-processing facilities must be promoted together with the growth of nuclear power.Processing capacity of the post-processing factory depends on processing capacity at the head of spent fuel,so the head shearing system is an important component of post-processing factory.The head shearing system includes a hoist,a pushing machine and a shears.And the pushing machine is an intermediate device which is responsible for pushing spent fuel that has been lifted from pool and turned to a horizontal position into shears.Chinese head shearing system is not complete enough that treatment efficiency can't meet requirement of post-processing factory.Therefore,This paper focuses on design and analysis of the pushing machine based on the study of the new generation spent fuel post-processing shearing machine.The main research contents include:(1)The article analyzes feeding requirements according to technological process of spent fuel reprocessing.Then the paper designs three transmission plans of the pushing machine,determining a superior plan after preliminary calculation,analysis and comparison.Finally,the research calculates to design modular structure of the pushing machine which realizes long-distance operation and maintenance of each module.(2)On account of requirements that power source and actuator must be layout in different irradiated areas,the paper design the shaft wall-though structure of the pushing machine.It need to satisfy transmission requirement as well as sealing and shielding demand.In view of the special sealing material under the irradiation environment,pre-load that meets sealing requirements and reducing wear of the sealing material is obtained through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,.(3)The article establishes a finite element analysis model of key components of the pushing machine,and uses software ANSYS Workbench to perform static analysis on each component to check the strength and stiffness of key components.(4)The paper analyzes demand to resist earthquake of the pushing machine.In the condition of receiving and feeding fuel,the pushing machine bear seismic load OBE and SSE.The paper calculates maximum stress and deformation of each component under seismic load,and verifies its anti-earthquake capacity through performance evaluation.The optimization scheme is proposed for the weak link,and the best optimization method is selected after calculation.
