Coal power is the main source of power in China.The safety of coal mining has always been one of the most concerned problems in China's mining industry.It is a common practice to use explosion-proof and explosion-proof equipment to prevent and suppress underground explosion in mining industry.Explosion-proof and explosion-proof equipment is an important guarantee for underground safety production.Aiming at the optical sensor,which is the core sensor of explosion-proof and anti-explosion equipment,a test device of optical sensor for explosion-proof and anti-explosion equipment is designed and developed.It can measure the detection range,sensitivity and response time of optical sensor,eliminate unqualified sensor products,and has great significance for ensuring underground safe operation.The main work accomplished in this paper is as follows:(1)The hardware system is planned as a whole,and the core components,such as timing circuit,high-speed shutter,combined light source,are designed and developed.The design of main mechanical structures,such as workbench,guide rail and control box,is also assisted by the manufacturer.Finally,a set of measurement system is built to complete hardware debugging.(2)The software system of the device is designed and implemented,including light source control,motion control,real-time monitoring,hardware self-check,parameter measurement and other software functions.With the above functions,the software system realizes the integrated and intelligent measurement of three parameters of optical sensor.At the same time,the subject uses the database system to realize the management of measurement results,users and rights.(3)The test device was tested and validated.According to the test results,the error sources of the system were analyzed,and the error was corrected.The final experiment shows that the ranging accuracy of the test device isą10mm,the angle measurement accuracy isą1 degree,the sensitivity measurement accuracy isą1 n W/cm~2,the response time measurement accuracy is up to 5 ns,and the measurement function of the system is stable through a large number of experiments.The operation mode of the system is sufficiently humanized and the degree of automation has reached a high level,which realizes the efficient and integrated measurement of the key parameters of the optical sensor of explosion-proof and anti-explosion equipment.The device has been field-proven and has passed the project acceptance. |
