Design Of Portable Methane Explosion Detector

Gas explosion is one of the main causes of many coal mine accidents.If the gas explosion occurs in the coal mine,because of its instantaneous and explosive nature,it is easy to produce huge destructive force in the narrow and closed area of the coal mine,which is easy to lead to the occurrence of malignant coal mine accidents.If the information of gas explosion can be obtained in advance,the accident can be avoided,which is of great significance to the construction of coal mine safety work.Aiming at the problem of gas explosion in the mine,the portable methane explosion detector is designed,which can detect whether the gas in the working environment is explosive in real time.Based on the explosion triangle theory,the portable methane explosion detector is designed to judge the explosion of the environment by detecting the concentration of methane and oxygen gases in the environment,so as to avoid accidents.Catalytic combustion sensor is used to detect the low concentration of methane gas.Thermal conductivity sensor is used to detect the high concentration of methane gas.Electrochemical sensor is used to detect the concentration of oxygen.According to the relevant standards,the function and technical indexes of the explosion detector are determined,and the overall design scheme is determined.By comparing the traditional power supply mode with constant temperature power supply mode,two constant temperature control circuits are designed.This paper completes the hardware circuit design of the single chip microcomputer system,power supply circuit and signal conditioning circuit,and completes the single chip microcomputer software design of the main program,explosion triangle range setting program,calibration program,data acquisition and processing program and liquid crystal display module program.In this paper,through the use of the concentration of gas in the laboratory to test the designed prototype,the test results meet the design requirements,but also meet the national safety standards of the industry.
