With the popularization of automation and integrated manufacturing equipment,as well as the fit and response rate of products with the individual needs of customers,it has become an important indicator that affects customer choice.The customer-centric customized production model is based on the customized equipment manufacturing industry.Representatives play an important role in multiple manufacturing scenarios.Although the customized production model can meet the requirements of rapid response in highly personalized demand scenarios,it also means that it needs to face multiple challenges from unpredictable market demand,highly differentiated orders,and large-scale orders.In this regard,it is not only necessary to flexibly process workshop hardware such as processing equipment and transportation equipment,but also to conduct research on workshop scheduling strategies.As an important part of customized equipment manufacturing workshops: automated processing units are widely used in production workshops because of their high flexibility and high processing efficiency.Although the automated processing unit has the characteristics of high flexibility,but in the highly customized product demand mode,the demand for tools in the processing technology is increasing.Due to the limited capacity of the tool magazine of the machining center,there must be tool changes during the processing.Research on efficient tool configuration schemes can reduce unnecessary tool switching and achieve efficient use of resources,thereby improving the output efficiency of the workshop production system.Based on this,this article conducts research from the following aspects:First of all,a detailed analysis of the operation process of an enterprise's heavy-duty automotive stamping die intelligent production line is carried out,combined with the tool magazine level of the intelligent production line and the tool change process of the automation unit,the tool magazine configuration problem of the automation unit is described and the characteristics of the problem are summarized.,Propose problem assumptions and establish mathematical models,and put forward the solution ideas in this paper after considering the complexity of the problem.Secondly,according to the actual production environment,a simulation platform of an automated processing unit based on Plant Simulation is built in a modular manner,and its parameters are set.Analyzing the existing solution methods and combining the characteristics of the problem itself,the problem of automatic unit tool magazine configuration is divided into two mutually coupled sub-problems: task scheduling sub-problems and tool scheduling sub-problems.On this basis,a heuristic scheduling algorithm framework based on task scheduling rules and tool scheduling rules is constructed.Through this scheduling algorithm framework,a variety of combined algorithms are proposed,and the combined scheduling algorithm is embedded in the simulation platform.Then,based on the simulation platform,design simulation experiments to generate simulation examples.Aiming at the established performance indicators and impact factors,the proposed combined scheduling algorithm is used to run the simulation model,and the simulation results are statistically analyzed to obtain the adaptability characteristics of the combined rules under different environmental factors.Finally,apply the research results to actual production,transform it into a tool scheduling module,and embed it into the tool management system to provide support for the intelligent production line to make scheduling decisions.
