Agricultural mechanization is the basis for the construction of modern agriculture and an important symbol of the realization of agricultural modernization.The emergence of agricultural robots has given a new way to realize agricultural mechanization.It is the result of the development of modern agricultural mechanization and the product of the development of robotics and automation technology.In recent years,the field of robotics has developed rapidly,requiring large quantities of RV reducers.At the same time,RV reducers for robots objectively require high transmission accuracy,high work efficiency,and long life.The manufacturing errors of parts affect their transmission performance.Therefore,it is necessary to study the machining error measurement technology of its typical parts.This paper mainly completes the following research work:(1)Taking the RV-110 E reducer developed by a certain manufacturer as the research object,the high-precision VMZ-R4540 automatic image measuring instrument is used to measure the contour point coordinates of its typical parts,such as the cycloidal gear,the needle gear shell and needle gear,the crankshaft,the planet carrier,the planet gear and so on;According to the processing technology of each part,using the theory of cycloidal gear tooth meshing theory,least square method,Fourier series,optimization method and other theories,digital processing technology research on the measured data is carried out to determine its key error.(2)Using Visual Studio 2019 software with the.NET Framework,and C sharp language as the R&D platform,the Fortran language and Steema Teechart are used for error data calculation and graphical display of data results,developed the key machining error measurement technology software for typical parts of the RV reducer that integrates parameter input,error calculation,data image processing and other functions.(3)Take advantage of the typical part machining error of the RV-110 E reducer determined by the research results,The transmission error calculation software of RV reducer was used to simulate its transmission error;at the same time,the transmission error of the RV reducer transmission error measuring instrument is used to measure the actual transmission error;by comparing the results of numerical simulation and actual measurement,the results are basically consistent,thus verifying the correctness and feasibility of the research results.This article aims to study the key error measurement technology of typical parts of RV reducer.Its practical application value is to provide the necessary processing error theoretical basis for the research and analysis of the transmission accuracy,work efficiency and life of the RV reducer,and to provide the most basic processing error theoretical basis for the selection and assembly of high-precision RV reducers.
