In the process of urbanization,In the process of urbanization,people’s lifestyles and living concepts are undergoing profound changes.In large cities,more and more people’s living needs are shifting from buying houses to renting houses,and the renters are becoming younger and more educated.Renting houses The mode has changed from short-term rental to long-term rental.As one of the important formats of the rental market,long-term rental apartments have developed rapidly under the support of policies.It is an important method to solve population growth and housing difficulties.Hire-purchase is an important means of the housing system.The state vigorously supports and encourages the healthy development of long-term rental apartments.The interior design and furniture design that match the long-term rental apartments have a good market demand and also bring huge design opportunities.This research is based on the actual needs of renters for furniture design,and on the basis of investigating the specific conditions of renters,construction conditions,market status,etc.the living space of the current renters is relatively narrow and the number of moves in the actual use of living space Frequently wait for specific problems and propose corresponding design strategies and solutions.The selected research object is the long-term rental apartment project launched by the government on the basis of the transformation of urban villages.The apartment types are complex,and the needs of renters are complex and diverse.Subject to realistic conditions,the furniture design adopts a "modular design" strategy to achieve different spaces.Features,customer needs,and meets the low-cost,sustainable long-term rental apartment furniture design goals.In the scheme design,the "modularization" strategy is applied to the design from two ways of functional unit combination and structural unit group,and multiple sets of design schemes are completed,which verifies the feasibility of the design strategy.The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part elaborates the current research status of furniture theory under different space definitions;the second part conducts a series of design investigations on the characteristics of urban rental housing groups,and finds the problems and problems of home design in the modern rental housing scenario Insufficiency;the third part puts forward the principles and design strategies of theoretical research for modern modular furniture design;The fourth part is to implement modular furniture practice for typical tenants in the market.
