Research On Small Family Modular Furniture Design Under Man-machine Environment

During the two waves of baby booms in the 1970 s and 1990 s,the average annual birth population reached 24 million.In addition,at that time,the urbanization rate was low,and a large number of people poured into the city,resulting in a surge in the demand of the real estate market.With the rise of house prices year by year,and it was just needed to buy a house,more and more young people began to choose transitional small family housing.According to CRIC data,in 2021,the proportion of residential transactions with an area of 80-90 square meters increased the most,the proportion of products with an area of 70-90 square meters rebounded significantly,and the demand degradation became smaller.For the increasingly perfect small house type,the market does not have a mature furniture design system to deal with it.Although the existing small house type furniture takes into account the saving of space and multi-function,most of them are rigid in size,the exquisite structure is not deep enough,and they do not pay attention to the coordination between human size and living environment.The appearance design also does not take into account the main audience of small house type,and does not control the beauty and creativity of furniture.For the small family home environment with small size and scale,the concept of modular design can not only reduce space occupation and facilitate furniture transportation and transfer,but also its flexible and diversified forms can meet the needs of different consumers.Therefore,based on the ergonomic theory,this paper analyzes the characteristics of small house type and the physiological and psychological needs of small house type users,summarizes the key points and design principles of modular design,uses the survey and statistics method to explore the furniture needs of small house type users,integrates the modular design concept into the small house type furniture design,balances the furniture size and space coordination under the condition of relatively limited space of small house type,and makes the furniture meet the modular freedom Multifunctional features.Finally,put the theoretical method into practice,and design a small family modular furniture that has both beauty and comfort,meets the needs of different consumers,reduces the production and transportation cost,and benefits the producers.By exploring the relationship between "people furniture home" and the principle of modular design,this paper puts forward solutions for small family furniture design,provides a theoretical basis for the practical application of small family modular furniture,and enriches the research on the related concepts of small family modular furniture design.
