China belongs to a country with large coal output and ranks third in the world at present.Coal mine safety has always been one of the important links in coal production.In this paper,fieldbus instead of traditional RS485 bus is used for data transmission and control of monitoring system.It is a new subject in recent years,and it is also the research trend of coal mine monitoring technology in academia.The integrated monitoring system designed in this paper is based on CAN bus as the main data transmission mode,through RFID radio frequency sensor technology,to capture the location information of underground workers.The hardware of S7-300 is selected for the program and process design of the lower computer model in this paper.The concentration of gas such as gas,temperature,dust and CO is transmitted to the system through sensors for analysis.Through RFID radio frequency positioning technology,the underground personnel can be accurately positioned by LANDMARC algorithm,and the underground status of employees can be monitored,and the past data can be replayed and queried.This technology can accurately monitor the underground situation of coal mine and basically meet the needs of coal mine monitoring.This system is more important for bus selection.SAJ1000 is chosen as the controller in this paper.PAC82C250 is used as the transceiver.In the monitoring system,6N137 coupler is used to receive and transmit data.In the PC terminal of the monitoring system,Kingview software is used to program and interact so as to realize the control function of the monitoring system.Because of the characteristics of coal mine production mode in China,for a long time,the production conditions under the mine are relatively low and the environment is relatively poor.Therefore,for a long time,the comprehensive monitoring system of coal mine is relatively backward,with a lot of automation,poor real-time response and control ability,and insufficient stability.In view of the special situation of coal mine work,this paper comprehensively considers automation,intellectualization,system stability and accuracy of monitoring and positioning.The coal mine monitoring system designed in this paper has been strengthened in the aspects of labor cost reduction and system integration.It has enhanced the risk early warning ability of coal mine,enhanced the disaster relief response ability,and has a broad application prospect in the intelligent aspect.
