The 2019-n Co V(COVID-19)epidemic alert indicates that wild animals serve as intermediate hosts for a large number of viral vectors,and the development of wild animal-related meat detection methods has become an urgent task.Rat is also the host of many diseases,and adulteration of rat meat is becoming a serious problem in the food industry,especially for cooked rat meat that is difficult to detect.This project first established and implemented a Rat-MIP quantum weak measurement system for the detection of cooked rat meat protein.This system is based on the Mach-Zehnder interferometer and uses Rat-MIP that induces refractive index changes to specifically capture rat proteins.The real-time detection proves the feasibility and specificity of the system to bypass the meat protein and pork protein of mature rats.The kinetic characteristic curve shows the linear relationship between low concentration(0?20?g /L)and the refractive index change with wavelength change.The LOD detected was 0.1?g/L,which indicates that the mouse protein test has good accuracy.The experiment of using the flowing pork protein solution through the measurement channel because the refractive index changes little or no,confirms the specificity of this Rat-MIP quantum weak measurement system.The double-site sandwich ELISA can detect raw and cooked mouse meat at the same time,and is also suitable for swabs contaminated by rats.Its LOD is as low as 0.10?20?g/L,and the intra-analysis and inter-analysis coefficients of variation(CV)are 5% and 8%,respectively.The recovery rate is between 90% and 110%.The results show that the cooked meat identification and contamination detection method based on the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay has high reliability and robustness.Compared with traditional ELISA or other methods,quantum weak detection requires no labeling and has higher accuracy and specificity for rat protein detection.It does not require the development of additional reagents and has certain advantages.However,this system requires some pretreatment of meat samples.The entire system must be transparent and light passage must be stable.The system has certain reference value for real-time rapid detection of trace amounts of rat meat.
