Food safety testing has always been a key research direction in the testing industry.With the continuous development of colloidal gold technology,personnel have begun to use this technology to quickly detect food.However,most of the instruments that use this technology to detect have problems such as long detection time,low accuracy,large errors,and high costs.Therefore,designing an instrument that quickly and accurately detects the properties and concentration information of the gold standard test strip is of great significance.This article uses image measurement to detect,collect the image information of the gold standard test strip through the CMOS camera and then denoise the collected image information.The main control chip extracts the quality control line(C line)and detection of the processed image.The color feature of the line(T line)is used as the condition for calculating the concentration of the substance to be tested.The main research contents are as follows:1)Based on the traditional Adaboost algorithm,the algorithm is improved according to the actual problems in the gold standard test strip detection system.Each time the weak classifier is trained,the weight average and standard deviation of all samples are calculated,and the upper limit of the sample weight is set.At the same time,modify the weak classifier error calculation formula and add a coefficient k(k is between 0-1)to improve the accuracy of automatically identifying the target area.2)Obtain the angle between the feature vector of the quality control line and the detection line image by establishing a cloud model,and discuss the influence of different color spaces on the relationship between the angle of the feature vector in the cloud model and the concentration of the substance to be measured.At the same time,the functional relationship between the two is obtained through MATLAB,so as to study the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the concentration of the substance to be tested by the instrument.3)Research and develop the hardware circuit and software program of the gold standard test paper detection system,and complete the software and hardware design of the lower computer.At the same time,a set of PC control software is developed,which can control the gold standard test paper detection system through the PC and set the parameters.The detection system can work independently or connected to a PC.The main difficulty in image measurement is the identification of the quality control line and the detection line on the gold standard test strip.The traditional method is to perform positioning through template matching,etc.,but useless background areas are identified during the positioning process,which increases the difficulty of later data analysis and reduces the accuracy of detection.The gold standard test strip detection system designed in this paper can automatically locate the position of the quality control line and the detection line,and the system can accurately perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on the gold standard test strip.The accuracy rate of qualitative analysis can reach99%,and the error of quantitative analysis is less than 8% when the concentration range is3ng/ml?18ng/ml.
