| With the development of high-end cars,such as jeep's high-end cars and off-road cars,their various features have gradually entered the domestic market.This kind of off-road products need to reflect the off-road performance,so the noise is difficult to control,and usually the noise is high,causing users to complain.In view of the increasing market demand for such products at home and abroad,and the high added value of the products,our company plans to develop low-noise off-road radial tire for all road conditions,and develop the first specification 265 / 65R17.This paper is mainly divided into the following aspects: first,the history of tire development and the role of tire,the research and development of tire noise and the basic theory;then,265 / 65R17 product design,including contour design,pattern design,formula design,construction design.The noise performance of the product is difficult,so in the process of product design,the factors that affect the noise are studied,including the influences of pattern,structure and formula on noise.The noise is analyzed by means of spectrum and colormap,and the tire noise is continuously improved according to the analysis results.Finally,based on the tire design requirements,the qualified test tire was manufactured,and the tire size and safety tests such as rim size,bead unseating resistance,strength,high-speed performance,conventional durability and other tire sizes and safety tests were carried out.In the actual test,the strict test was carried out according to the enterprise standards.The experimental results not only meet the requirements of national regulations,but also meet the stricter enterprise standards.Combined with the actual work,the domestic market products of 265 / 65R17 low noise off-road radial tire are developed and designed,and the noise optimization design is studied.The final product meets the requirements of relevant standards,meets the market requirement,and has large-scale production.It is a successful product. |
