Stealth materials are an important part of stealth technology.When the structure and shape of the coated object cannot be changed,the application of stealth materials can greatly reduce the detection rate of the detector.However,the poor spectral compatibility of laser stealth materials limits the use of materials.In order to better explore the potential of laser stealth materials,in this thesis prepared samarium-doped nanocrystals and corresponding components of borate glass,studied the relationship between the internal structure of laser stealth materials and the optical properties of the materials,and compared the glass structure the reflective properties of materials and nanostructured crystalline materials.The Samarium-doped iron-aluminum nanoparticles and samarium-doped boron-aluminum nanoparticles were prepared by the sol-gel method.Through XRD,FTIR,SEM and other test and analysis methods,the relationship between nanocrystalline structure and performance was studied.The results show that in the experiment of samarium doping with iron and aluminum,the reflectance of the material is the lowest when the doping content of iron and aluminum is 1:1,and the material has excellent absorption performance;in the experiment of doping with boron and aluminum,boron and aluminum are co-doped The reflectivity of the material will decrease,and the reflectivity of the material has a non-linear relationship with the proportion coefficient of boron and aluminum content.The lowest reflectance at 1064 nanometers is 43.36%.In the overall test results of nanoparticles,the structural deformation of the unit cell is conducive to the reduction of material reflectivity.The formation area of Sm2O3-SiO2-B2O3 ternary system glass was drawn by the point-by-point method.The prepared samarium silicon boron ternary glass has low reflection,high absorption and better stability.The results show that the Sm2O3-B2O3 binary system glass has good laser absorption properties,and the chemical bond connection between boron and samarium affects the optical properties of the material,and it exhibits a nonlinear change with the content of rare earths.The introduction of Si element makes the structure more stable and further reduces the reflectivity of the material.The optical properties of the transition metal ion-doped glass were tested.The silver-doped glass material has a minimum reflectivity of 9.1%and has good laser absorption properties.The relationship between the doped transition metal atomic radius and the optical properties of the material is discussed.
