There are a lot of hydrophobic phenomena in nature,and its excellent surface properties have attracted more and more attention.By preparing the hydrophobic surface,the application field of the metal material can be further expanded,and at the same time,the hydrophobic surface with excellent durability can greatly increase the service life of the hydrophobic material.In this paper,inspired by the carp scale structure in nature,a combination of laser processing and electrodeposition is used to prepare a bionic fish scale microstructure on the surface of 304 stainless steel.By preparing a micro-nano scale rough structure on the metal surface,the composite structure forms a hydrophobic effect on the surface of the stainless steel,and the electrodeposited nickel atoms enhances the wear resistance of the surface.During the wear process,the scale and morphology of the surface composite microstructure are retained,ensuring the hydrophobic properties of the surface.By changing the laser processing size and electrodeposition time to control the morphological characteristics of the bionic microstructure,the influence of the bionic microstructure on the wettability and wear resistance of the stainless steel surface was studied.The results show that the surface of the stainless steel treated by laser processing has a bionic rough microstructure,and the wettability of the material surface changes from hydrophilic to hydrophobic.When the laser processing size is 100?m,the water contact angle reaches the maximum,which is 143.8°.After the deposition treatment,the water contact angle of the stainless steel surface increased to 146.9°.The wear test results show that nickel atom deposition can improve the wear resistance of the stainless steel surface.With the increase of electrodeposition time,the wear resistance of the material surface gradually increases,and under the condition of single pulse electrodeposition,the wear resistance of the material reaches the best Compared with the polished surface of stainless steel,the wear quality of the sample is reduced by 75.5%.The durability test results show that the stainless steel bionic hydrophobic surface has excellent durability,and the durability will be enhanced as the surface wear resistance increases.It is polished by 800 mesh sandpaper for 10 meters,laser processing and single pulse electrodeposition bionic hydrophobic surface water.The contact angle is reduced by 2.8° and 1.1° at most,which shows that the single-pulse electrodeposition biomimetic hydrophobic surface has better durability.In this paper,a bionic hydrophobic wear-resistant structure is constructed on the surface of stainless steel through laser processing and electrodeposition,which provides a certain reference value for the application and research of stainless steel materials in hydrophobic self-cleaning and wear resistance.
