In the current textile market,functional fabrics emerge in endlessly,and antibacterial performance is one of the necessary functions of textile fabrics,especially sports fabrics.Nano silver has a broad-spectrum antibacterial property that makes it often used in the antibacterial finishing of textile fabrics.At present,many domestic and foreign scholars have studied the preparation process of nano-silver antibacterial fabrics,including chemical methods and physical methods,but there are very few antibacterial studies on monomer nano-silver.At the same time,its preparation process still has many problems to be solved urgently,such as the loading fastness,stability,and washing resistance of nano-silver.Therefore,this topic will study a new spray antibacterial finishing method.The problem of particle agglomeration is solved by a new spray form.At the same time,in order to improve the adhesion fastness of nano-silver,nano-gold is used as a load,and the adsorption characteristics of nano-gold and fibers are used to combine with nano-silver to form an antibacterial barrier on the surface of the fabric,thereby improving the fastness of nano-silver loading on the surface of the fabric.First of all,this topic selects polyester fiber and cotton fiber for knitted fabric weaving.The p H value of the nano-gold and monomer nano-silver particles in the spray are tested and the particle size change analysis under different ultrasonic time is carried out.Then,the traditional padding and new spray methods are used to process the two fabrics,and the surface morphology and element analysis of the fabrics before and after the finishing are performed,and the load and p H changes are tested and analyzed to verify the feasibility and advantages of the spray antibacterial finishing process.Secondly,through antibacterial test research,analyze the changes in the basic properties such as thickness,density,mechanical properties,comfort performance and antibacterial durability of the two finishing processes to verify that the spray finishing process has a certain production value.Finally,this topic analyzes and studies the influence of nanoparticle concentration,heat setting temperature and time on the antibacterial performance.Nanoparticle concentration is one of the important factors affecting the antibacterial performance of fabrics.The level of concentration will not only affect the antibacterial properties of the fabric,but also the content of nano-silver will cause human safety problems.At the same time,the heat setting temperature and time are also important factors.Further optimize the spray process to find the best preparation process,and analyze the antibacterial durability,p H value and basic performance of the finished fabric.Through experimental research and analysis,we get the conclusion:Ultrasonic time has a certain effect on the particle size of the finishing agent,and reaches a certain stable value at 30 minutes,keeping the nano-silver and nano-gold particles at 26.28 nm and 127.33 nm,respectively,and the PDI is less than 0.03 at this time.Comparing the traditional padding and spray finishing process methods,it is found that the nanoparticle loading and p H value of the fabric after the padding process are higher than that of the spray process,and the durability level of the fabric can only reach AA level,while the spray process can reach AAA level.It can be seen that the spray finishing process studied in this subject has a certain improvement in the antibacterial durability of the fabric.Through the comparison of fabric style changes before and after finishing,the preparation method of the padding process has a greater impact on the thickness,density,burst performance and breathability of the fabric.The fabric prepared by the spray process has less influence on the style and feel,and can better maintain the original style of the fabric.Spray technology for further process optimization,nanoparticle concentration is one of the important factors affect the fabric antibacterial properties,will not only affect the level of concentration of the antimicrobial properties of fabrics and nano-silver content can cause human security issues,while the heat setting temperature and time is also an important factor.The research shows that polyester fabric with antibacterial properties change setting temperature,fabric load rise and fall with the lead inhibitory.But the fabric load and the inhibition rate gradually increases when the setting time gets increase.With the increase of setting temperature and time,the load and bacteriostasis rate of cotton fabrics all show a downward trend.It can be seen that the temperature has a significant effect on cotton fabrics.The concentration of nanoparticles has a greater impact on the load of the two fabrics,but from the point of view of the antibacterial rate,the antibacterial rate of the fabric has reached 99.99% when the concentration is 6mg/L.Therefore,the best preparation process for polyester fabric is a concentration of 6mg/L,a setting temperature of 130°C,and a time of 50min;the best preparation process of a cotton fabric is a concentration of 6mg/L,a setting temperature of 70°C,and a time of 40 min.The fabrics optimized through the process flow showed a significant improvement in antibacterial durability.After 20 and 50 standard washings,the antibacterial rates of E.coli and S.aureus reached more than 98%.It can be seen that the polyester fabrics and cotton fabrics prepared by the optimized process have reached the antibacterial and durable AAA standard.At the same time,the structure of the fabric after antibacterial finishing does not change.Its ph value is in the neutral range of 7.23 and 7.19,the burst strength loss is small and the air permeability and moisture permeability of the fabric are rarely reduced.It can be seen that the fabric prepared by the optimized process has better antibacterial properties,while maintaining the original style.In summary,the spray antibacterial finishing process studied in this subject solved the problem of nano-silver agglomeration,and the introduction of nano-gold as an antibacterial load improved the adhesion fastness of nano-silver to a certain extent.At the same time,the antibacterial durability of the fabric is improved,without affecting the original performance of the fabric,and the production method has the advantages of simple operation,environmental protection,and industrial production such as no industrial waste water.In the production process,the amount of monomer nano-silver and nano-gold is very small,which reduces the cost while taking into account safety.Therefore,the experiments and data analysis carried out in this topic provide new ideas and theoretical references for the study of the preparation process of monomer nano-silver antibacterial textiles,and also have certain guiding significance for the actual production of enterprises.
