Acrylic fiber has excellent characteristics such as fluffy appearance,soft feel,good sunlight and weather resistance,but its hygroscopic performance is poor and electrostatic phenomenon is serious.Sericin has good biocompatibility and hydrophilicity,and has excellent moisturizing and humidity regulating effects.Finishing sericin on the surface of acrylic fabric can improve its hydrophilicity,moisture regain and antistatic property.This article selects the water-soluble,permeability good swire oil as sericin modifier,with n propyl organism(CX-300)and poly(carbide imine(PC-40)as crosslinking agent of sericin coating finishing acrylic fabric,adopt the method of orthogonal experiment,respectively to the unmodified sericin coating acrylic fabric,not modified sericin collation and alkali,alkaline acrylic fabric modification of sericin coating acrylic fabric,modified sericin collation and alkali alkaline acrylic fabric samples were studied.Sericin is studied coating acrylic fabric before and after the moisture regain,water resistance,breaking strength,permeability,surface topography,such as performance,and the sericin coated cationic dyeing of acrylic fabric after finishing,and analyzed the pH value in the process of dyeing,dyeing temperature,heat preservation time,bath ratio and concentration of dye dyeing of modified acrylic fabric,the influence of the friction fastness,uneven degree.The results show that:(1)Using CX-300 as the crosslinking agent,sericin was coated on the surface of acrylic fabric to study the effects of unmodified sericin and modified sericin on the properties of acrylic fabric.After modification,the moisture regain,antistatic and moisture permeability of the acrylic fiber samples are improved.The optimized sample was CX-300/modified silk#alkali nitrile sample coated with CX-300 crosslinker.The process conditions were as follows:sericin concentration 8%,CX-300 cross-linking agent concentration 1%,Turkey Red Oil concentration 1.2%,and moisture regain 8.34%.The maximum static voltage of the sample is 62 V,the half-life is 0.33 s,and the sample has excellent antistatic properties.(2)Using PC-40 as the crosslinking agent,which was used to coat the acrylic fabric with sericin,and the effects of unmodified sericin and modified sericin on the properties of the acrylic fabric were studied.The antistatic property,moisture regain and moisture permeability of the acrylic fiber modified sample are improved.PC-40/modified silk#alkali nitrile sample was obtained by coating acrylic fabric with modified sericin.The process conditions were as follows:sericin concentration 8%,PC-40 cross-linking agent concentration 3%,Turkey Red Oil concentration 1.6%,and moisture regain 6.74%.The maximum static voltage of the sample is less than 116 V,the half-life is less than 0.74 s,and it has excellent antistatic properties.(3)The modified acrylic fiber samples were treated with cationic dyeing.The best dyeing process was determined as follows:dye concentration of 2%(o·w·f),pH value of dyeing solution of 4.5?5.5,holding time of 60min,dyeing temperature of 85?,bath ratio of 1:20,by single factor experiment,considering dyeing effect and energy saving and environmental protection.In the dyeing process,the dyeing solution pH value,holding time,dyeing temperature and dye concentration had great effects on the dyeing rate of the modified sample.The dyeing rate and color fastness of the acrylic fiber sample coated with sericin by CX-300 as a crosslinking agent are better than those of the acrylic fiber sample coated with PC-40 as a crosslinking agent.
