Rubber mixing is the first process of rubber products processing and manufacturing.In order to ensure the lubrication and sealing of equipment during rubber mixing,it is necessary to continuously inject proper amount of lubricating oil and process oil.Part of spilled oil can't be reused because it is mixed with impurities.If this part of waste oil is not properly treated,it will pollute the environment and keep the production cost of enterprises high.At present,in most rubber factories,the waste oil is mostly treated by static sedimentation,and the remaining unrecoverable oil is incinerated and cracked.This treatment method not only has low recovery efficiency,but also causes huge waste of energy and environmental damage.Therefore,it is necessary to study safe and efficient recovery process and equipment.This paper analyzes the sources of waste oil and pollutant components in the process of rubber mixing,expounds the three-stage waste oil treatment mechanism of "Filtration-Desliming-Dehydration",puts forward the waste oil treatment process,and designs a device which can be used for the purification and recovery of waste oil in rubber plant.The waste oil treated by the device can reach the standard of regenerated oil and directly return to the rubber mixing equipment,which greatly reduces the oil consumption of rubber mixing equipment.The device has compact structure,no consumables and easy operation.It can work directly with the rubber mixing equipment.This paper analyzes the solid-liquid separation process of waste oil based on computational fluid dynamics.According to the CFD theory,a control equation is established for the internal flow field in the centrifugal process.Through the Fluent fluid solving module in ANSYS software,the drum of the centrifugal equipment is simulated and analyzed,and the pressure,velocity,density of the mixed liquid and the particle phase of the flow field in the drum under different rotation speeds,particle diameters,and particle phase volume fractions are obtained.Cloud graphs,line graphs,etc.of volume distribution.Through analysis,the separation efficiency of the drum and the influence of different factors on the internal flow field and separation efficiency are obtained.The simulation results show that the particle size has the greatest impact on the separation efficiency of the drum,and the simulation results can be used as a basis for further optimization of the waste oil treatment device.This paper analyzes the experimental results of waste oil under different process parameters,and obtains the best process conditions for high treatment efficiency and good oil quality,which provides a guarantee for the subsequent in-depth research and large-scale promotion of waste oil.
