The rubber refining process in the rubber plant will produce gaseous pollutants,namely waste gas,which mainly include particulate dust,volatile organic compounds,SO2 and H2S,etc.,which have the characteristics of low concentration,large displacement,and odor.If left untreated,the exhaust gas will be extremely harmful to the surrounding environment and human health.With the increasingly stringent requirement of environmental protection,gaseous pollutants must be discharged up to the standard,so it is imperative to conduct research on efficient purification and treatment of exhaust gas.This subject compares and analyzes the commonly used waste gas treatment technologies,studies the treatment technology of waste gas produced in the rubber refining process,and proposes a technical scheme for the integrated treatment of rubber refining waste gas by dust removal,filtration and biological spray.By comparing and analyzing the performance and characteristics of various types of dust collectors,it is believed that the bag filter is flexible in use,stable in performance,high in dust removal efficiency,easy to maintain,and has a significant effect on the purification of particulate dust generated in the rubber mixing process.After filtering off the dust in the exhaust gas,it is sent to the biological spray tower through the conveying pipeline.The microorganisms distributed in the water capture and digest the harmful components in the exhaust gas through spraying,and finally form harmless substances such as water and carbon dioxide.The goal of thoroughly treating waste gas from the rubber mixing process.Biological spray tower is the key and core equipment of rubber refining waste gas treatment technology.Based on the actual situation,a set of treatment equipment with a waste gas treatment capacity of 28500m3/h was designed for the 270 internal mixer rubber refining production line,including ventilation pipelines,biological spray towers,biological water circulation devices,and auxiliary equipment.The basic structure of the equipment was specifically designed and material selected,and the main geometric parameters and process operating parameters were calculated.The Fluent software was used to simulate the flow field in the biological spray tower.The standard k-?turbulence model is used to simulate the flow of exhaust gas in the spray tower,and the discrete phase model is used to simulate the trajectory of water droplets in the spray tower.Combined with the mutual coupling effect,the fluctuation of speed and pressure in the spray tower is simulated under different structural parameters and process operating parameters,and further optimization is carried out according to the simulation analysis results.Consider that the tower body size is3.2×6.5m,when the exhaust gas inlet length is 2m,the inlet angle is+15°,the inlet velocity is 6m/s,the spray interval is 1.8m,and the spray angle is 90°?120°,it is at the most optimal running status.At this time,the gas-liquid contact area is the largest,which can effectively improve the uneven distribution of waste gas in the tower,better carry out mass transfer.The biological spray treatment equipment designed with the new rubber refining waste gas treatment technology improves the purification efficiency of the rubber refining waste gas,thereby avoiding the atmospheric pollution caused by the discharge of the waste gas,and greatly improving the rubber factory workshop and surrounding environment.
