| Thermoplastic dynamic vulcanized rubber(TPV),which is composed of rubber phase,resin phase and complex system,is processed by dynamic full vulcanization technology.The rubber is fully vulcanized and crosslinked,and broken into a large number of micron particles with particle size less than 2 μ m by strong shear force,which are uniformly dispersed in the continuous thermoplastic resin matrix.It has the processing characteristics of thermoplastic and the mechanical properties of traditional thermosetting rubber It is a new type of material with good mechanical properties,and has an inestimable application prospect in the field of auto parts,electronic appliances,building materials,food packaging and medical materials.In this project,polypropylene/butyl rubber thermoplastic vulcanizates were successfully prepared by two-step dynamic vulcanization method.The effects of IIR/PP TPV with different rubber plastic ratio and vulcanization system on Microstructure and macro properties were investigated by adjusting the formulation and selecting the reaction mechanism.At the same time,the molecular dynamics simulation method was used to build the IIR/PP TPV model and run the calculation.Combined with the experimental results,it was found that the compatibility of IIR/PP TPV was the best and the Payne effect was the smallest when the rubber plastic ratio was 60/40.The rubber Phase IIR and plastic phase PP had the best interface effect,which could improve the elongation at break while ensuring the hardness and tensile strength,but the rubber Phase IIR had the best effect on the plasticity The higher the mass fraction of IIR,the lower the melting temperature.For IIR/PP TPV with different vulcanization systems,the results show that prv-tpv has better physical and mechanical properties,thermal stability,air tightness than sulfur vulcanization system,low Payne effect,better processing flow performance,better dispersion of rubber Phase IIR in plastic phase PP,smaller particle size,less agglomeration,and more ideal excellent properties in many aspects.Nano OMMT/IIR/PP composites were prepared,and the effects of OMMT content and rubber/plastic ratio on the microstructure and macro properties of OMMT/IIR/PP composites were studied.The results show that the tensile strength reaches the peak value,the Payne effect is the smallest when the addition amount of montmorillonite is 20 phr,which can increase the crystallization temperature of the system,and the addition of OMMT can improve the IIR/PP ratio When the content of montmorillonite is 20 phr,the peak value of Tan δ is the highest,and the effective damping temperature region of tanδ >0.3 is the largest,and the damping performance is the best.When OMMT content is constant and rubber/plastic ratio is 60/40,OMMT filler and rubber microspheres have the best dispersion in the plastic body,Payne effect is the weakest,and the compatibility among rubber Phase IIR,plastic phase PP and OMMT reaches the best level;when rubber phase content increases,the promotion effect of filler montmorillonite on OMMT/IIR /PP composite crystallization is less than the inhibition effect of rubber relative crystallization The crystallinity and melting temperature of the system decrease. |
