Study On Evalution And Optimization Of XY Company's Financial Performance Based On EVA In The New Situation

Coal enterprises are an industry with high energy consumption and high pollution.They are deeply affected by national policies and economic situations at home and abroad.Faced with the new situation of rapid changes in the domestic and foreign economies,coal enterprises have exposed many factors such as decline in operating performance and insufficient growth momentum during their operations.Therefore,coal companies should adopt more scientific and efficient performance evaluation methods,optimize the links and processes of performance evaluation,comprehensively review their financial performance status,understand the true business development status of the company,and find out the fundamental problems of the company ' s financial performance.Improve the performance level of enterprises,with a view to providing help for enterprises to truly achieve green,low-carbon and high-quality development.The paper analyzes a large number of domestic and foreign research theories and results on performance evaluation through the collation and research of relevant domestic and foreign documents and materials,determines the research background,purpose,method and ideas of the paper,and summarizes the significance of using EVA to carry out performance evaluation.Developed research strategies and methods;on this basis,the thesis selected XY company as the research object to carry out empirical research.Starting from the analysis of the current financial performance of XY company,it pointed out the shortcomings of XY company ' s traditional financial performance evaluation,and proposed the introduction of EVA indicators.Combining with traditional financial performance evaluation,it is necessary to carry out performance evaluation optimization analysis for XY company;the paper borrows EVA evaluation method to carry out optimization calculation of performance evaluation,compares EVA evaluation results with traditional financial performance evaluation results,and explores the performance of XY company Evaluate existing problems,explore X Y's corporate value creation capabilities and ways to improve profit quality,and propose XY corporate financial performance optimization and improvement countermeasures,in order to provide a reference for the company to achieve better management.
