CMM2-20 type mining hydraulic anchor drill car is widely used to tunneling face in coal mine because of the advantages of high working pressure,large output torque of the power head,and stepless adjustment of the slewing speed.However,the reliability of its drill frame has always been a weak link in its work.By establishing a three-dimensional model of the drill frame and simulating the actual working condition of the drill frame,the finite element method is used to analyze the statics,modal and fatigue life of the drill frame,which provides a reference for the optimization design of the drill frame structure.It is of great significance to improve the reliability of the drill frame.Firstly,by analysis of the drill frame structure of the CMM2-20 type mining hydraulic anchor drill frame,the hydraulic cylinder of the drill frame was selected and verified,and the deflection of the piston rod of the cylinder is checked.Then,according to the dimensional parameters of the drill frame,the SolidWorks software is used to build the three-dimensional model of the drill frame,and the volume interference and dynamic interference tests are carried out.Finally,the three-dimensional model of the drill frame is imported into ANSYS software,and the static analysis,fatigue life analysis and modal analysis are performed on the three positions of the start position,the middle position and the farthest position of the drill frame in the advancing stroke,and the drill stand was obtained.Stress,strain,dangerous operating frequency point and minimum life area under limit state.The stress,strain,dangerous working frequency point and minimum life area under the limit state of the drill frame are obtained.Based on the results of finite element analysis,the structure of the weak part of the drill frame is improved,and corresponding finite element analysis is performed on the improved drill frame.By comparing and analyzing the mechanical properties,dynamic characteristics and fatigue life before and after the optimization of the drill frame structure,the rationality of the structure optimization is verified and the reliability of the drill frame is improved.
