In the process of mining,the surrounding rock stability control of soft rock roadway has been one of the problems that need to be solved in high-yield and high-efficiency production of coal mine.In the process of double roadway driving,floor heave is becoming more and more serious under the repeated disturbance of "one driving and two mining",which has a great impact on the normal mining of working face.Based on the analysis of the floor heave deformation mechanism and roadway failure characteristics of Daliuta coal mine,this paper puts forward the floor heave control scheme of Daliuta coal mine,optimizes the bolt support parameters,controls the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway,and ensures the safety production of the mine.In this paper,taking the return air gateway of 52303 working face of Daliuta coal mine as the engineering background,the mechanism of floor heave in Daliuta roadway is studied by means of core taking test of roadway roof and floor,numerical simulation of floor heave characteristics and field industrial test of floor heave control measures.The physical and mechanical parameters of roadway roof and floor are measured by drilling coring and rock mechanics experiment;the main influencing factors of floor heave are obtained through formula calculation and theoretical derivation;the deformation characteristics of roadway floor,the distribution characteristics of plastic zone and the evolution law of floor principal stress field are analyzed by numerical simulation method,and the causes of roadway floor heave are obtained;drilling is proposed for the causes of floor heave The control measures of hole pressure relief,grouting reinforcement and bottom angle anchor bolt are carried out,and numerical simulation and field industrial test are carried out for three control schemes.Combined with theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field industrial test,the floor heave control measures of "drilling pressure relief area control and grouting reinforcement local control" are finally determined.The application of the measures can effectively control the floor heave phenomenon of return air gateway in 52303 working face of Daliuta coal mine,and ensure the stability of surrounding rock of roadway.At the same time,it is also proposed for the floor heave problem of roadway under the influence of similar mining The feasibility of the reference is provided.
