The rapid economic development is inseparable from the mining of mineral resources,and traditional mining of minerals will bring about environmental pollution problems such as surface subsidence and accumulation of surface tailings.In order to meet the green mine development model required for the construction of ecological civilization,the filling mining method is widely used because of its advantages of safety,high recovery rate,and low surface environmental pollution.However,in the entire filling system,pipeline blockage is the most frequent accident in the process of slurry transportation.Therefore,if the mine filling pipeline can be visually inspected,the location and size of the blockage in the pipeline can be determined in time and corresponding measures can be taken to improve the stable operation and safety of filling pipeline transportation are of great significance.Based on the detection principle of Electrical Resistance Tomography(ERT)technology,this paper first designs and develops a 16-electrode ERT wireless sensor node,and analyzes the consistency of the collected data and the results of image reconstruction to show that the performance of this node is stable and has a certain degree;Secondly according to the real case,determine the topology and energy consumption model of the wireless sensor network,improve the traditional low energy adaptive clustering routing algorithm LEACH(Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy),and propose an energy balance multi-hop transmission linear routing algorithm EMLCH(Energy-balanced Multi-hop Linear Clustering Hierarchy),the simulation results show that the improved EMLCH algorithm can make the node energy consumption more balanced and effectively extends the network life cycle;Then,a dynamic transport platform for the flow L-shaped filling pipeline was built,and the conductivity characteristics of the filling slurry were analyzed.Then,experimental detection and imaging were carried out for different blockage positions in the filling pipeline according to different situations.The blockage positions of the pipeline were judged from the reconstructed image results of each node and graded early warning was carried out.The experimental results show that it is feasible to use ERT technology to visually detect the filling pipe blockage;Finally,a preliminary exploration of ERT 3D image reconstruction is given,and the finite element solution of the 3D ERT forward problem is given.The COMSOL software is used to analyze the physical characteristics of the 3D ERT sensitive field,and the established simulation model is reconstructed through different image reconstruction algorithms,and a 3D ERT is built.The static detection experiment platform carried out actual measurement,and the results showed that the three-dimensional ERT technology can accurately reflect the three-dimensional distribution information such as the size and location of the blockage in the filling pipeline.ERT technology is a high-new visual detection technology.This research applies it to the plugging detection of filling pipelines in mines.Experiments verify that it has a certain academic significance and broad application prospects.
