Mine ventilation resistance is a major indicator to measure the state of the mine ventilation; mine ventilation resistance measurement is one of the main content of the mine ventilation technology management work. Roadway wind resistance in the mine ventilation system is an important parameter and the basic data of tunnel ventilation characteristics management of mine ventilation system, the optimization of ventilation system and ventilation system design process. The accuracy of it is very important.The existing mine ventilation resistance measurement method are tilt differential pressure meter, the basis of precision barometer, synchronization method and hybrid measurement precision barometer of bp method. Differential pressure meter method has higher measuring accuracy, bad operability, determination process time-consuming and low efficiency. While the barometer rule are greatly influenced by the environment, and testing accuracy is poorer, unable to realize synchronous test in a real sense.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing ventilation resistance measurement method, combined with the mine ventilation resistance measurement principle, this paper proposes a mine ventilation parameters wireless measurement method based on ZigBee wireless sensor network technology, and based on the research and development of wireless testing system, a mine ventilation parameters. The test system consists of a master test device, subordinate test device and relay nodes. It can simultaneously measure the beginning and the end of the mine ventilation parameters such as temperature, humidity and static pressure, and sending acquisition parameters to the corresponding test device, via the wireless sensor network (WSN). When the test device finish processing of the receive data, the two groups of data real-time display by LCD. The mine ventilation parameters of synchronous test on both ends are completed. At the same time, we can also achieve the function of stored test data by push the button, for later processing.This paper starting from theory of mine ventilation parameters of wireless test method are studied, and detailed introduces the system design and development process, and test on the system in a series of related experiments.
