As one of the major energy consumables,coal accounts for up to 60%of the energy consumption mix,and this situation will continue for a long time,so the efficient and safe mining of coal has been a key research topic in the energy field.The source of this topic is a sub-topic of the National Key R&D Program of China:research on the corresponding mechanism of large flow and multi-equipment coordination in large mining height fully mechanized working face.Hydraulic support is the research object of this paper,and it is an important safety equipment.The purpose is to improve the speed of hydraulic support running with the coal shearer and small system pressure fluctuations,using AMESim modeling,the fuzzy control,the BP neural network and the simulation,a research on hydraulic system of hydraulic support flow matching features.The main contents are as follows:Based on the basic structure and working principle of the hydraulic support and the emulsion pump station,the flow matching scheme of the hydraulic support system was proposed,and the structure of the flow matching system was designed.The hydraulic system simulation model of the support is established by AMESim software,and the pressure loss model of the hydraulic support in fully-mechanized mining face is further built,and the pressure loss simulation analysis of the system is carried out.The simulation results show that the pressure loss is related to the distance from the pumping station,and the pressure loss increases with the increase of the distance.Therefore,it is necessary to compensate the pressure.The main action of hydraulic support running with shearer including falling prop,sliding advance,lifting prop,pushing slip.Analysis the process of hydraulic support running with coal shearer,and establish the model of hydraulic support with the shearer reveal the inner link between the shearer and hydraulic support.Using the BP neural network to the actual working conditions to the training of coal winning machine speed data collected,to accurately predict of coal shearer speed.Based on the fuzzy control toolbox of MATLAB,combined with the specific control amount of flow matching and design the fuzzy controller.The AMESim simulation model of hydraulic support is the executive part,the fuzzy controller is the control part,co-simulation was carried out between the two.The simulation results show that according to the fluid supply requirements of different movements of the hydraulic support,the reasonable flow matching ratio of the liquid supply and the rated liquid supply can effectively improve the following speed of the hydraulic support and reduce the pressure fluctuation of the hydraulic system.The research content of this paper is beneficial for automatic control of hydraulic support and improving mining efficiency of fully mechanized mining face.
