The Research On Electro-hydraulic Control System Of Temporary Support Equipment Used In Roadway

The auxiliary support equipment of roadway is a new temporary support equipment used forheading face, its function is to Ensure machine realize driving and supporting simultaneously.This paper first deals with the structure of auxiliary support equipment and its working principle,and analysis load-bearing principle of it. And then research on the hydraulic system workingprocess based on the working characteristics of auxiliary support equipment, determines thebasic control loop and draw the hydraulic system principle diagram. It establishs themathematical model of hydraulic components according to the principle of hydraulic controlsystem. Now, establishs the simulation model of the key position of the auxiliary supportequipment hydraulic control system, and then does simulation analysis for the rise post setting,constant resistance, overload of the system. The results of the analysis verify the auxiliarysupport equipment hydraulic control system designed is reasonable and practical. Finally, takesadvantage of the fuzzy control technology to design and analysis auxiliary support equipmentcontrol system. Then establish s the modeling of the shift type machine auxiliary supportequipment control system. And ensure that is safe and reliable under the temporary supportequipment.The research significance of this thesis lies in the research and analysis for the new type oftemporary support equipment of hydraulic control system, and through the intelligent control forit to speed up the speed of temporary support, realize heading face of temporary supportautomation and intelligent.
