Accompanying vibration cementing technology means that in conventional cementing operations,the rubber plug vibrates while descending inside the casing to improve the cementing quality.The most important equipment for cementing projects is cementing rubber plugs.Because of the serious wear and tear of rubber plugs in deep and ultra-deep well cementing,they are prone to fall off and fail,which makes cementing operations impossible to complete.In this paper,the serious friction and wear problems of the rubber plugs in accompanying vibratory cementing work are studied.After optimizing and improving the shape and structure of the rubber plugs and the body materials,a technical method of adding composite materials on the surface of the rubber plugs is proposed to improve the wear resistance.The main research contents are as follows:Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the cementing quality and the failure of cementing rubber plugs,the structure and materials of the traveling vibration cementing rubber plugs are optimized and improved.The rubber plug body material uses carbon fiber-containing nitrile rubber to replace the conventional nitrile rubber,increases the number of rubber bowls,reduces the hardness of the rubber bowls,and changes the distance between the rubber bowls.It passes through two wells with similar well conditions.The CBL curve compares the cementing quality before and after the improvement of rubber plug structure and material.In order to improve the wear resistance of the traveling vibration cementing rubber plug in ultra-deep wells,a method of using composite fiber cloth material to increase the wear resistance of the cementing rubber plug surface is proposed.The physical properties of aramid,nylon,acrylic and polyester four composite fiber materials were analyzed and compared.Abaqus software was used to conduct thermal-mechanical coupling simulation experiments when the four composite fiber cloths rubbed against the grinding wheel to determine a good wear resistance.Composite fiber cloth.On the basis that the fabric structure is the main factor affecting its abrasion resistance,the structure of the composite fiber cloth was changed,and four composite fiber cloths with different warp and weft densities were designed,and four composite fiber cloths with different structures were made in the Abaqus software.The thermal-mechanical coupling simulation experiment of the friction between the fiber cloth and the grinding wheel determines a composite fiber cloth with good structure and wear resistance.Finally,four kinds of composite fiber cloths with different structures are woven,and a composite fiber cloth with good warp and weft density and abrasion resistance is determined through tensile performance test and friction and wear experiment.According to the mutual verification of experiment and simulation,a composite fiber cloth with the best warp and weft density and wear resistance was determined as a composite material to enhance the wear resistance of the traveling vibration rubber plug.
