Cementing operation of cement plug operation,is usually to drill down to the base of cement plug design depth of cementing and replace cement,higher than that of tube to keep enough on the surface of the annular cement cement quantity then to flush the circulation,hou again after setting tool sweep out cement surface position accurately.Most of the current domestic well simply by light pipe cement plug operation,because of the limitations on tool,playing in the process of cement plug,often cannot achieve cement plug accurate positioning and cement quality assurance.This study is to design a precise cement plug cementing tools,through the drill to a built-in cement under the umbrella unit to design depth,pitching or rubber plug,the cement unit since the protective umbrella inside out,and then during cementing and replaced by power supply from the ground(connection rotation loop head)rotating drill string,ensure the slurry more fully replace drilling fluid,to improve the purpose of water mud displacement efficiency and cementing quality.The tool can playing in the cement plug operation,implement cement plug characteristics of accurate positioning,and improve the quality of cement plug,to improve the quality of cement plug,and cut down the cost of drilling cost effectively.This study developed is suitable for the 12 1/4 ",8 1/2 " hole in the cement plug localizer and 5 top drive rotary tool,has carried on the ground simulation test and field test,the operations of one-time success,have proved accurate type cement plug tool design,reliable performance,various functions are correct to implement smoothly,the test parameters are consistent with design,with the popularization and application of the field conditions.
