The principle of vibratory cementing technology is to improve the cementing quality by vibrating the cement slurry on the casing wall in the well,one of the most commonly used equipment is cementing plugs,but because the cementing plug cannot generate vibration spontaneously,it is necessary to install a fixed vibration source or a lower vibration device in the well.Vibration cementing,which leads to defects such as vibration source fixation and short working distance and unable to vibrate in real time.The thesis developed the accompanying vibration cementing plug that can generate vibration spontaneously during the cementing process and can drive the casing to generate resonance in the whole well section.The eccentric vibration rotor assembly was added inside the traditional cementing plug to complete the four Design of vibration components,strength check and calculation of the best performance parameters of the vibrating rotor;using Solidworks software to perform three-dimensional modeling of rubber plugs,bushings and vibrating rotors,and Abaqus software to perform static analysis and modalities of the eccentric rotors Analysis and thermodynamic analysis to verify that the designed vibrating rubber plug still meets the design and safety requirements;secondly,the Adams software is used to establish a virtual prototype for kinematic analysis,simulate the working state of the underground to simulate the experiment,measure the vibration rotor response speed,amplitude change law,contact Related parameters such as the magnitude of the force,and comprehensively sort the rotor performance;optimize the design of the four designed rotors according to the simulation results and the optim al solution principle,change the rotor parameters according to the variable parameter principle,and pass the fi nite element analysis and virtual T he prototype simulation results in the m ost suitable rotor optimization parameters;according to the final result,the physical prototype of the rubber plug and the rotor is processed and physical experiments are carried out.According to the measured experimental results,the performance of the rotor is sorted to obtain the most suitable eccentric rotor,and the compliant vibration cementing plug is obtained with the optimal solution.The accompanying vibration cementing rubber plug of this study can generate vibration spontaneously and can automatically adjust the vibration frequency according to the natural frequency of the casing in the well to generate resonance,solved the shortcomings of fixed vibration source,real-time vibration and short acting distance,which greatly improved the cementing quality.
