There are many large-scale mechanical equipment in the 8.8m super-high fully mechanized mining face of Shangwan Coal Mine in Shendong Mining Area.The stope environment is more complex,the light is gray,the noise of equipment operation is large,the sight and hearing of equipment operators are blocked,and there are many risks to the on-site operators.Aiming at the comprehensive safety guarantee of the fully mechanized mining face,this paper studies the safety state of the fully mechanized mining face for the specific area of the fully mechanized mining face,evaluates the safety state of the working face area,and forms a complete intelligent fully mechanized mining face safety early warning and management system,which provides a guarantee for the safe operation of the super-high fully mechanized mining face of Shangwan Coal Mine.According to the geological situation of 12401 fully mechanized working face in Shangwan Mine,the mine pressure monitoring data of the working face are collected through the mine pressure monitoring system.Based on the theory of roof caving pressure strength and the theory of support working resistance,the law of mine pressure appearance and the resistance of support are analyzed in this paper,which provides the basis for the early warning of working face pressure.The gas analysis data set is established,and the multi-parameter fusion analysis is carried out on the gas safety state through the gas concentration early warning model to determine the gas risk level discrimination.By analyzing the conductivity of anchor cable and anchor rod and the arrangement of monitoring electrodes,a monitoring system of working face electrical method is established,which dynamically monitors the water disasters in key areas and carries out inversion analysis on the monitoring results,and finally establishes the early warning level of roof water disasters in working face.According to the characteristics of equipment distribution and mining technology of the working face,the whole mining space is divided into several safety management areas.Based on D-S evidence theory,the multi-area multi-parameter fusion safety prediction of environmental disasters of the working face is carried out.Relying on the designed regular operation cycle diagram,through accurate monitoring and tracking of the location and production process of the three machines,the real-time monitoring and early warning of the three major environmental disasters of mine pressure,gas and water as well as the status of the equipment are completed by means of information technology.The safety production management system of fully mechanized coal mining face is established.Finally,the safety state index of each region of the coal mining face is given in visual form,which realizes the information of the safety production management of the working face and greatly improves the safety production standardization and information management level of the working face.
