In the process of coal mine production in China,the behaviors that violate the laws and regulations of production safety,the system of production safety,the operating rules of production safety and the requirements of production safety occur from time to time,resulting in more casualties and property losses,indicating that enterprises still have a lot of room for improvement in the management of miners' unsafe behaviors.In order to reduce the unsafe behavior of employees,reduce the probability of accidents and improve the production efficiency of coal mines.Based on the analysis of accident causation theory,human error mechanism and competency theory,put forward the ascension of the miners safety competency can effective to a certain extent reduce human error,and to reduce coal mine accidents.Firstly,through literature research combined with field interviews,this paper sorts out the indicators related to the physical ability,psychological ability and cognitive ability that affect the safety production of coal miners,and constructs the coal mine workers' safety competency index system.Secondly,the safety competency of miners is divided into normal indicators and transient indicators for research.The weight of normal index was determined by expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process.Transient index through experimental method,combined with correlation analysis,paired t-test and regression analysis method,verify whether the transient index will change because of fatigue in a short time,and analyze the regression relationship between each index and fatigue,and build a regression equation model.Through the above research,the emotional stability of relevant indexes in the normal index is the most important,other indicators such as vital capacity,dark adaptation ability,self-discipline,mental quality,visual choice reaction time,depth perception capacity and weight distribution of attention ability is relatively high,grip strength,hearing domain,problem solving,and rationalization of index weight is relatively low.The transient indexes such as heart rate,oxygen saturation,reaction time and vital capacity all have a high correlation with fatigue,which can change obviously under fatigue state and have a good regression.Therefore,the miners in fatigue state can be found effectively by collecting the transient indicators of the miners through pre-job detection.Finally,based on the above analysis results,this paper conducted a field survey in A Coal Mine,collected data,and combined with the evaluation results,proposed safety management suggestions for miners based on physiology-psychology-cognitive ability measurement,which included normal control and transient control.It can effectively reduce the probability of human error of coal miners and improve the level of coal mine safety production.
